Alina woke up and saw that everyone was fast asleep. Needing to pee, she pushed the blanket back and winced as she moved to try and stand. Her whole body ached but she was determined to make it to the bathroom on her own without any help.

Just as her feet touched the ground she fell, "Fuck," she gasped as lightning pain shot up her spine.

"Just what the in the hell do you think you are doing, Ali?" Marc asked dropping to her side and began to lift her. "Stubborn ass girl."

"Put me down," she frowned as she tried to get out of his gasp without hurting. "I can do it myself."

"You have a sprained ankle and a broken wrist," he said calmly while tightening his hold on her. "You need to be in bed healing."

"I need to start walking," she argued back. "Besides my foot doesn't even hurt anymore which means the sprain is healed."

"You want to try that again?" He chuckled setting her in his lap. "You were on the floor because you can't stand yet, Beautiful."

"Ugh, quit calling me that," she huffed in annoyance. "I need to start walking so let me go."

"Where are you trying to go, Alina?" Marc asked concerned. "Why are you trying to leave me again?"

She froze, whipping her face from looking around back to him shocked. "I wasn't, I was just trying to get to the bathroom on my own," she whispered so softly he almost didn't hear her.

"You aren't ready for that, Alina," he sighed heavily. "Look I get your independence; I really do but if you push yourself too soon—"

"You will do more damage then good," she recited back rolling her eyes. "I know, I know, you've told me a million and one times already."

"Then please let me take care of you until Doc says you are ready to start physical therapy or whatever to get your independence back."

"It's just a sprained ankle and broken wrist, Marc," she huffed, "it's not like I was in critical condition or anything."

"Do you not remember what happened, Alina?" He asked shocked, "You left me for a bit. I had to do CPR on you, Beautiful."

She tensed for a second while closing her eyes and a tear slipped down, "Sorry."

"You are more hurt than you are accepting, Alina," he whispered. "You have internal hurt that needs to heal also. It's not weak to accept our help Beautiful, it actually makes you stronger." He sighed and pushed some hair out of her face then kissed her forehead. "You know even Raven asks for help every once in a while."

"Da."

She turned to see Axel, Raven, Corey, and Brandon watching. "Nosy," she pouted.

"It's true, though," Axel shrugged, "we all ask for help when we need it."

"Even I do," Sean nodded as he came into the room. "Are we being stubborn this morning?"

"Just trying to regain her independence some a little too soon, Doc," Marc shook his head. She looked at him shocked then grateful, he winked at her causing her to roll her eyes but barely smiled. She laid her head in the crook of his neck since she was getting tired again. Without even thinking about it, he started running his fingers up and down her back in a soothing manner.

"We don't want that," Sean shook his head, "try and wait a little longer please, Alina. Your internal bruising is still pretty deep."

"Okay, Doc," she sighed, "don't need all fourteen of you on my case."

"Thank you," Marc and Sean said at the same time.

"Bathroom," she whispered into his neck as she shifted to try and get comfortable.

He nodded and slowly stood, "excuse us a moment, Doc."

"I'll go get her pain meds but she needs to eat first," he said leaving the room.

"Place your hands on my shoulders," Marc said gently. "You need to stay off your foot as much as possible." He slid her panties down then helped her sit and turned away to give her some privacy.

"Okay," she said once she was done making him turn around and help her get redressed then carried her over so she could wash her hands.

He carried her back to the bed and sat down with her still in his lap. "Can she try something other than just liquids, Doc?" Axel asked when Sean came back into the room and started giving her a checkup.

"Sure, we can try," Sean nodded, "just be careful and no pushing it."

"Yes Sir."
