There have been some problems with the bus service, especially its reliability, in your area over the last two weeks.
Write a letter to the manager of the bus company. In your letter:
• describe what the problems are
• explain how these problems are affecting you
• suggest what you would like the company to do

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to report several issues with the transportation services in this city and to express my dissatisfaction with them due to the problems it has caused.
Firstly, there is a bus station located near the city square that is currently under construction. As a result, a large number of commuters, including me, have no choice but to walk two kilometers to nearby stations, which in turn has made them highly overcrowded. I recommend more buses be dispatched in the future in order to handle the influx of commuters in those stations.
Secondly, severe delays are starting to occur more and more frequently, often with no explanation, compensation, or proof of delay issued after each incident. I recently missed out on an interview important to me last week, and with no proof of delay to show, I am declared illegible for rescheduling that interview. It is a basic requirement in most transportation services, and an explanation and proof of delay should be available for those who require them.
