I smiled at Eddie, I couldn't hold back my smile, I was so happy and he stood up and held my hand but we heard a branch snap "Y/N? Y/N I KNOW YOUR HERE!" I heard a familiar voice say and I realized "shit" I turned to Eddie "it's Jason" I said worried "why would we be worried about Jason sweetheart?" Eddie says while putting his hand on my shoulder

"Jason still thinks we're dating, even though I've broken up with him multiple times he just.. refused it" I said to Eddie

// Small Backstory //

Jason and I used to date but he started ignoring me and would always ditch me whenever we had plans together and he would go to his friends instead but he also never even hugged me, he basically had control over my whole life also, because he would always say "do this not that" or "don't eat that you will get fat" he would never let me eat anything unhealthy while he would have anything he wanted and nobody did shit about it because he still was in great shape, after a while I broke up with him, he never showed me any love or any attention at that point! But he kept refusing it and kept trying to call me babe in the halls or try to impress me he was kinda desperate in a way but I broke up with him and that's that.

// Backstory Ended //

"Really?" Eddie said sort of shocked "yeah..so if he knows about you he would kill you..we gotta go" I grabbed Eddie's hand and started running out the woods "where's your van?" I asked quickly "shit it's still back at the school" he said "okay, let's go" I said and we turned around running back to the school, making sure we don't see Jason or his friends

We got to the school and we saw Eddie's van "thank god" I said while breathing slowly and we got to Eddie's van

"Jesus how much did we run" I said between breaths "I don't know" Eddie said while breathing deeply. We both became calmer and Eddie started driving away to my house

When we got there I kissed Eddie on the cheek "Bye Eddie" I said to him while smiling and he turned to me "goodbye sweetheart" Eddie said while smiling and I left his van and walked into my house to find my brother on the couch waiting for me
