Morning light cast a warm feeling across me, as I stirred beneath my covers. It's morning already?

"Good morning, Sarah," Hannah's voice was extra cheery today.

I lazily rolled over to face her. I watched as she excitedly picked out my outfits for the day. Then she ran over to me and plopped herself onto the edge of the bed.

"It's a big day today! Almost all of the preparations for the Karaoke Sleepover tonight is complete. There's just the matter of finishing up some final touches. Oh, I am so excited for you all! Madam Anna wasn't so pleased we planned something without telling her first, but I think she'll be fine. This is the perfect chance to get all of the girls to bond, and whatever tea gets spilt, you have to tell me everything afterwards," Hannah cheered.

That's right. The sleepover was today... I had completely forgotten with all that happened last night. Oh yeah, Prince Kalum. Did we really share a moment? Should I ask Hannah for advice? Does Hannah even know about my date with him?

"Oh my god. I almost forgot, well not really. I was just playing dumb, but I can't hold it in any longer. What happened last night?! I came in to check on you, but you were gone! DID JEREMIAH ASK YOU OUT ON ANOTHER DATE?! Please say yes!"

Oh she knows, kind of.

"Uhmmm," I laughed nervously to myself and sat up, "Prince Kalum asked me on a date actually."

Her eyes grew wide and she stared at me mouth agape, unmoving. "You're. Kidding. Say sike right now."

"No, I'm not joking. I came into my room after dinner and there was this beautiful dress waiting for me. No note or anything, but I assumed it was Jeremiah. I got dressed, but when I answered the door it was Prince Kalum," even saying it all out loud seemed unreal.

Hannah just continued to stare at me, so I continued.

"He uh, took me to the ballet and we watched Swan Lake. The show was incredible, but I do admit it was really awkward."

"Then what?? Keep going!"

She was leaning forward now, hanging onto my every word.

"Nothing really. We just went our separate ways afterwards and I went to bed..."

Hannah stared at me in confusion. She probably was onto me. I couldn't tell if she knew I wasn't telling the entire truth. I don't even know why I couldn't bring myself to tell her everything. I trust Hannah. I'd like to think of her as a good friend by now, but for some reason, whatever happened last night in the music room, felt like something I wanted to forget.

"That can't be everything," Hannah started, "Are you telling me the truth?"

I sat there silently, staring at my hands as they played with the sheets. She shifted off the bed and sighed.

"Alright, tell me about it later then. We have a lot to do before tonight," she sounded almost hurt. Which just made me feel even worse.

Last night wasn't even a big deal. Nothing really happened. The Prince just returned to his old ways afterwards anyways. So there wasn't anything to talk about.

Avalon and I decided to have the Karaoke night in the theatre room. There was a big screen and a small stage, so it would be fun to do karaoke in here.

I was alone, blowing up balloons and taping up streamers when Devina came strolling in. She had a box of decorations in hand and a huge smile plastered across her face.

"Hey Sarah," she chimed, "I am just so excited for tonight! I have a few songs in mind, but I'm having trouble choosing. What are you going to sing? OOH is there going to be drinks? Like drinks? I really wanna cut loose tonight."
