The Princes started to make their way down the steps, and I snapped out of my trance. What the hell is going on? Wait... It hit me like a ton of bricks. Did I really say all of those nasty things about the Prince, TO THE PRINCE?! Yup I'm dying. I'm passing away now. I need to get out of here. I began to make my way towards the Ballroom exit when all of a sudden the orchestra started up again, and I got swept up in a sea of gowns.
Everyone twirled around me and I got completely turned around. The only "landmark" in the room was now the mountain of girls piling up before the poor Princes. Oh well, they probably love the attention.
I spotted the exit again and began walking, when I bumped into someone's chest.
"Hello again, miss," Duke Harrison grinned down at me, "Care to join me for a dance?"
This guy's creep-o-meter is really going off the charts.
"No thanks." I tried walking around him but he grabbed my bruised forearm and pulled me into him.
"I don't take no for an answer."
In my frazzled state, we started dancing to the music. Or "dancing", anyways. I never took ballroom dance lessons growing up, so I was basically praying for the song to be over. As we continued swaying to the music, I felt his hand travel up my back and begin playing with my buttons.
"Ahhh, I believe I know how to undo these," the Duke flashed a yellowish grin.
I used all my strength and pushed him off of me, running off through the crowd. A booming "HEY," was shouted in my direction, but I ignored it. That's a big no from me. In my hurry, I bump into someone else.
"Ugh! Watch where you are going! OH. Sarah, right?"
To my dismay I see Nessa standing before me, looking as beautiful as ever.
	"Hi, witch."
She fake pouted, "Awhhh are you mad because you saw I had the first dance with Prince Kalum? Because I did. And I know he's totally into me."
	"Don't you have a boyfriend?"
"We broke up for the night. Going to give this my all."
I admit, this girl has drive.
Nessa stood up a bit taller, "I must say, I didn't expect you to be here. Didn't really seem like something you'd be into. Much less afford." She whispered that last part.
I fluffed out my dress a bit more to match her stance, "Maybe you're just upset I am wearing a dress made by Isaiah and you aren't."
I could tell that angered her but just as she began to open her mouth, Prince Jeremiah swooped in and wrapped his arm around Nessa's shoulders.
"Hi there beautiful. I saw you dancing with my big bro and just had to get a dance from you," Prince Jeremiah sweetly said.
Nessa batted her lashes at him profusely and flashed him her signature smile, "Well it would be my pleasure, your Highness."
He began to take her hand, when he glanced up at me and then did a double take.
"Now who is this," he dropped Nessa's hand completely now, and lifted his to me. I looked around confused for a moment but then placed my hand in his, as he slowly brought it up to his lips to kiss my knuckles.
"I don't believe we've met," he said looking up at me.
I nervously laughed and felt Nessa's jealous fumes engulf the atmosphere, "My name is Sarah y-your Highness." I sloppily curtsied.
