A/n: @Shades_Dark here you go man.

(Arthur Leywin POV)

"What... Do you think... you're doing?" I said as uncontained rage flowed through my entire body from seeing Amber hurled backwards. I walked up to his pathetic shivering body and looked at him from above. The weight of my intent, which was directed entirely at him, made his unable to breath as he started gasping for air when I increased the pressure. His face was pale white and he looked down at the ground; determined to keep his head low and refusing to look up at me.

I stepped on his hand with my mana infused leg, crushing it entirely while he let out an ear-splitting shriek; as if trying to expel his soul. I pulled him up from his hair and gave him a look of disgust as tears, snot and dirt coated his face, and I kneed his sternum, making sure to angle it in such a way and with enough force to permanently affect his mana core. He should honestly be glad that I showed him mercy and didn't shatter his mana core. It's more than he deserved after what he did to my Queen.

He coughed out a mouth full of blood as I lowered his face and kneed him at his face multiple times, breaking his nose and giving him multiple bruises and cheeks and eyes. I let go of his hair and, as he was falling, I kicked his face with the same leg and he flew off to the side and buried his head in the wall, causing his body to go limp from loss of consciousness. Not giving his existence a second thought, I rushed over to Amber and kneeled down beside her.

"Are you alright?" I said with worry laced my voice as I examined her for any wounds.

She placed her hand on my cheek and tried to reassure, "I'm fine. I just sprained my wrist, nothing to worry about. I can fix it quick with my beast will." I breathed a sigh of relief and rested my forehead on hers and placed my palm of her cheek and closed my eyes, letting the warmth of her body sooth my distress. After a few minutes, I finally pulled away and allowed her to use her beast will to heal herself, although it took a bit out of her; seeing as she used quite a bit of her mana fighting Harold.

While she was healing herself, I took out a bit of rope and tied both Harold and Callum in it. And just for good measure, I also kicked Callum at the sternum and damaging his mana core. I didn't have time to do it before because as soon as I delt with him, I immediately went for his partner after seeing what he did. Now with both of them being unconscious, tied up and having their cores permanently damaged, there was a slim chance for them to escape.

Afterwards, Amber came over and sat beside me while resting her body against the wall. She laid her head on my shoulder and decided to take a quick rest while I looked out as guard. Jasmine and the rest should hopefully fine an intersection that connects both our paths together and find us. If not, then we would have to move by ourselves and move the two unconscious bodies with us, which I did not want to happen.

I looked at Amber and stroked a stray hair behind her ear and watched her sleeping figure gently move up and down from her rhythmic breathing. She her in a peaceful state calmed me beyond anything else in both life times. There could be a raging, brutal war going on outside with limbless and headless people screaming and shouting at the top of their lungs, and her being at peace beside me would still keep me calm. We stayed that way for an hour before she finally woke up.

"They still haven't found us?" She asked questioned in a sleepy voice as she buried her face in my neck.

"No, they haven't... It looks like we'll have to set out to find them ourselves. The real question is, what should we do with these two?" I said while looking over to where Harold and Callum were both tied up.

"What do you mean? Let's just leave them here to rot," she said whilst scowling at their direction. I gave her a deadpanned look and waited for a few seconds for her to calm down and rationally think, "*Sigh* I guess you're right. If we leave them here, we're no better than them. Two wrongs don't make a right, as they say."
