Not long after her mother leaves the house to partake in council duties, A-Lora is gone out the door rushing down the street towards the Hall of Records.

The Hall of Records being the one place where she can find paper records and information on her planet with out having to use her alien technology.

It would have been easier for the young Alien to use her tech but she decided not to just in case the Council monitors Alien history.

Once at the Hall of Records, A-Lora squeezes past the few aliens flocking the old building and makes her way towards a private room.

Before she could enter she bumps into someone nocking them and their belongings onto the floor. "Oww." Cried out the young girl now on the floor.

Recognizing the familiar blue Bob, A-Lora lets out a sigh as she stretches out her hand to help her up. "A-Li hey, are you alright?" Accepting the girls hand, A-Li dust herself off as she picks up the fallen records. "Yes, I am fine. What are you doing here?"

"I'm gathering some files for my mother. How about you, what brings you hear?"

Believing A-Lora's lie, A-Li gives the girl a quick once over, nodding her head as she gives a small smile. "Yes, I am also gathering information but this is for A-Spen. They wanted to try out a new project but insisted it be done how first generation Aliens did things."

A-Lora smiles to herself glad she could make up a believable lie on the spot. "That's A-Spen for you. Always interested in new things. Well I must be going, I don't want to keep my mom waiting."

"Yes your right. Are you still going to come over later today?"

"I don't think I will be able to. My mom scheduled some last minute plans for tonight, since she'll be really busy with the council this week." Quickly thinking of another lie to tell the girl, glad her emotion inhibitors are on otherwise guilt would consume her for all the lying she's done to her friend.

A-Li nods again understanding the girls situation. "That makes sense, we can hang out next week if you'd like?"
A-Lora nods to her friend as she begins to make her way into the private room. "Yes that would be great. I'll see you around."

A-Li smiles to herself satisfied that she could secure plans with her friend. "Okay, bye A-Lora." A-Li then makes her way out of the building while A-Lora closes the door to the small private room.

She then locks the door and turns on the tinted window setting to be sure that no one will see her. Now satisfied, she sits at the small table in the center of the room as she gets to work looking through the files.

------

"Environmental blight!" Shouts the girl as she finally discovers what's wrong with the planet after an hour of searching. "Environmental blight is starting to build up here which is why everything is starting to die off." Continuing on in her reading, the girl finds more information regarding a solution.

"Hmm, the solution isn't as hard as I thought it would be. It just requires us to work as a community and take care of our planet. This is great! Mom would be estaric if she could see this."

Forgetting all about not using her alien band, A-Lora gets on it, searching for more solutions to environmental blight. She begins to make a list of all the ways the planet could be saved, and as she continues she becomes more and more focused on the list, expanding the research she does on her alien band.

As she does more research, she realizes that she was scared to use her alien band for no reason. So she continues to do more research taking notes of all the information she couldn't find in the files.

------

A-Lora now finds herself back at home using her Alien band to make posters so that everyone can understand what's wrong with their planet and a few simple things that can be done to help.

After finishing the posters, she grabs her sliver bag and shoves all the papers inside. Making the split last minute decision, she decides to turn her emotion inhibitors off.

"There. Now I will be able to carry out my plan with real passion." The girl then makes her way downstairs, stoping halfway down to listen out just incase her mom came home early.

Positive that she was in the clear, she makes her way downstairs to the center of her town where Alien foot traffic is the highest.

------

As the young Alien arrives at the town center. Her heart rate begins to increase as she sees all the people pacing around.

"Okay, I will- I just ha-" letting out an annoyed sigh, she clears her throat as she continues to converse with herself. "I just need to hang these posters so that people can see them. But where would-" walking around while glancing at everything, she gets an idea."Yes! I could hang them on the walls every two windows."

On such a planet where communication and technology where so advanced, it was a pretty rare sight to see posters on walls. A-Lora knew that if she put her posters along the walls, they would be sure to draw attention. So she got to work.

------

Almost two hours later, A-Lora was pretty satisfied with her work. That is until she saw patrol just a few windows down snatching the posters off the wall, making his way towards her.

"Oh my goodness. I've been caught."
Now in a state of panic, the girl quickly packs up the rest of the papers hoping that the protrol didn't see her. She shoves them in her bag as she begins to make a run for it.

Noticing the commotion just a few feet away the patrol spots the girl and begins to chase after her.

At first, the girl was running with no set destination, quickly becoming tired. So she didn't take notice of the patrol who switched targets or the questionable glances she received from those around her. Her only thought was to not get caught. So when she took a glance behind her and realized that the protrol officer was no longer there, she stopped to catch her breath. Running was not her thing.

Now safe, hoping that the patrol saw someone disrupting peace elsewhere, the girl begins her long walk home.

Once she gets home, she lets out a sigh of relief as she see her mother's alien hover parked outside their house.

"Oh I almost forgot." A-Lora chuckles as she goes to turn her emotion inhibitors back on.

She then prepares herself to walk into the house, expecting her mother to be in the kitchen completely unaware of the mess A-Lora had gotten herself into.
