Over the course of the next week, A-Lora found herself slowly adjusting to life on earth.
For the first few days, A-Lora would find herself up late at night unable to sleep. After a couple of days, she brought gadget to sleep in her room and it helped her to sleep throughout the night better.
Being on Earth for such a short time, A-Lora often found herself out exploring around the town, and since meeting Addison, A-Lora had hung out with her a couple of times that same week. While the two hung out, Addison had shown A-Lora all new places around the town.
Today, A-Lora found herself out once again sightseeing around the town. While out, adventuring A-Lora comes across a section of the town blocked of by a large fence.
Curious, A-Lora makes her way over towards the fence. Waking to the front A-Lora takes note of how old the fence was. Smelling strongly of rust. A-Lora walks along the fence making her way towards the end where she's able to peak inside.
Just as she was about to peak inside a hand falls onto A-Lora's shoulder. The young girl jumps back in surprise, "Ahh! I'm sorry!" A-Lora cowers in fear as the man in front of her chuckles at her actions.
"Hey girl. You shouldn't be over here. You know how dangerous those Zombies are." A-Lora looks up to find an officer with a bushy mustache.
Her heart rate increases fearing that she's in trouble.
"I'm sorry sir. I didn't know. I only came into town just last weeks." A-Lora looks down at her feet terrified that she's might be in trouble."Well I guess they didn't have Zombies we're your from but just be careful. I wouldn't want anything bad to happen. Now run on home."
A-Lora let's out a breath she didn't know she was holding,
"Yes sir." The young girl quickly turns away from the officer making her way back home.------
Once A-Lora enters the house, she is greeted by the sound of silence. Assuming that Amelia is out, A-Lora makes her way to the backyard wanting to be within the comfort of her shuttle.
A-Lora walks across the grass, sitting next to her ship playing with the grass around her. A few minutes later, Gadget makes her way outside, crawling out of the dog door.
"Gadget! Happy greetings." A-Lora reaches her arms out as the old dog makes her way towards the young Alien. "Aren't you just the sweetest little dog ever. Too bad we didn't have animals on Sidara, you would have definitely been my first pick."
Gadget gets up walking closer to the shuttle. "Hey. How'd you know that was there. It's out secret, don't tell anyone alright?"
Gadget looks up at A-Lora as she begins to pee. "Hey! You can't do your business there. Gadget!"
------
Now back inside the house, A-Lora was now in the living room watching tv with Gadget. Lost in the film playing on the screen, A-Lora barley had anytime to register that the doorbell had rung.
By the third ring, A-Lora was up at the door. She opened it to find Addison.
"Hey Alora. Do you want to hang out?" Addison smiles brightly at A-Lora."Oh yes! That sounds like much fun. Let me grab my things."
A-Lora makes her way back through her house grabbing some cash before heading back outside to meet with Addison.
"I'm ready let's go." Addison nods as the two girls link armd heading out into the town.
About twenty minutes later, the two girls found themselves at the mall yet again just walking around and taking about any and everything.
