THE next few months went by in a blur. It was now December. Nothing new happened during the last few months. Cassius went to class everyday, and spent as much time as he could with his boyfriend.Right now, Cassius was in the library with Blaise after classes ended. He pulled out a book from a bookshelf and sat down, Blaise sitting in front of him. "Some death eaters were caught again," said Cassius without looking up from the book he had opened.
"How do you know?" Blaise, who pulled out a parchment and a quill from his bag and started to do his homework, asked.
"Daily prophet."
Blaise looked like he was in thought, then asked, "Do you think there won't be a war?"
"I sure hope there won't be." Cassius looked up with a sigh. "Do you?"
"I'm not so sure anymore. Hopefully not."
Cassius nodded, eyes stopping on Draco and Theo— who were whispering furiously over a book in the corner. "What are they up to?"
"Dunno," mumbled Blaise truthfully, looking at them too now. "They've started to avoid me too. They come back to the dorm late at night, usually when I'm already asleep. And they leave early in the morning, usually when I'm still asleep."
Cassius hummed in thought, looking away when Draco looked at them. "They're planning something, aren't they?"
"I don't get how Dumbledore doesn't know they're death eaters."
"Dumbledore knows everything," said Cassius immediately. "I wonder why he's acting oblivious, though."

"I was right." Harry said, pacing by the fireplace in Cassius' room in the room of requirements.
Cassius, who was sitting on his bed, watched the boy pace. "We can't do anything about it. Blaise and I tried to spy on them. We didn't get anything. They come to the room of requirements a lot, but that's it"
"You didn't follow them in?"
"No. The door faded too quickly."
Harry groaned in exasperation. Then, he walked to Cassius and laid down next to him.
Cassius also laid down, pulling the boy into his arms. "Stop stressing about it." He mumbled, softly kissing the boy's head.
"I can't," replied Harry with a small frown. "I have a bad feeling about it."
"So do I. But there's nothing we can do."
The boy in his arms merely sighed.
"I'll take care of you," whispered Cassius after a few minutes of silence. "I'll always make sure you're safe."
"It's not me I'm worried about. It's you."
"Then I'll take care of myself too. Happy?"
"Very," smiled Harry, looking up at the boy fondly.
