PACKING was Cassius' least favorite thing to do. It was what he was doing right now; packing his trunk to go back home for Yule break."Have you got everything?" Blaise asked, sitting on his own bed.
"I think so." Cassius replied, looking around the dorm. "What have I forgot?"
"Your wand." Theo threw Cassius' wand to him, who caught it.
"Anything else?" Cassius asking, putting his wand in its holster.
"Nope."

"I was thinking," started Regulus that night, who was sitting on the couch, "that we should start living in Grimmauld with Sirius and Harry."
Cassius dropped the glass he was holding in shock, flinching when it shattered on the floor. "Shit. Sorry."
"Don't touch that! You'll hurt yourself." Regulus immediately said as soon as Cassius tried cleaning it up. "Reparo." He pointed his wand to the shattered glass on the floor, making it fix itself.
Cassius took the fixed glass and put it on a table, letting out a sigh. "I thought it was only for the summer."
"We won't move in with them if you don't want to, Cassius."
The boy was quiet for a few seconds. "I really don't care where we live. If you want us to live with them, let's do that." He muttered, pulling out a cigarette from his pocket.
Regulus stood up and snatched the cigarette from the boy. "I hope you didn't start unpacking, then. We'll go tomorrow."

The next day, Cassius unpacked everything in Grimmauld place. When he was done, he walked out of his room and walked downstairs, passing Sirius and Regulus— who were talking in the living room— and walking into the kitchen.
Harry looked up from the hot chocolate he was making. "There's one for you on the table."
Cassius' lips turned up for a few seconds. "Thank you, Harry." He said, sitting on a chair by the table and taking the hot chocolate.
"How did you agree to living here?" Harry asked as he also sat down after a few minutes.
Cassius shrugged, taking a sip. "I told my dad to do what he wants. I honestly don't care anymore."
"Well.. I'm glad you agreed."
"What about us?" Sirius gasped in betrayal as he walked in, clutching his chest dramatically.
"Make some." Harry said, groaning when Sirius took the one from his hands. "Sirius!"
"Delicious. Reggie, come taste this!"
"That's mine!"
"Not anymore," said Regulus, sipping on the hot chocolate. "That is good."
Cassius chuckled as soon as the two men walked out of the kitchen with the hot chocolate.
He gave his own to Harry. "Here."
"Take it back, Cassius. I made it for you."
"I don't mind." Cassius smiled.
Harry's eyes stopped on the boy's smile. "You're smiling."
Cassius bit his lip, his smile fading. "Not anymore."
"Why do you not smile often?"
"I do." Around you. Were the unspoken words.
Harry gave him a smile back in return. "Thanks for the hot chocolate."
"You're the one who made it. Don't thank me."
