JUNGKOOK POV

I stood on the street outside the Theater, my jaw hanging slack.

Jimin had asked that I meet him there and I had hoped that it meant we were finding our way back to each other after Guk forgave us.

But I definitely didn't expect what I saw.

Written on the marquee in big, bold letters, right beneath the announcement of the new release, was Jimin's message.

Today's matinee: Park Jimin and Jeon Jungkook's Big Date

Tickets sold out

I laughed as Jimin stepped through the doors.

He was wearing the pair of trousers that were my favorite with a pink shirt tucked in and a purple clematis pinned to his chest.

He held a small blue-and-white bouquet in his fist as he held the door open.

"Oh, Kookie." he joked. "I didn't see you there."

My smile was so big it hurt my cheeks.

I pointed up to the marquee. "What is this?"

He stuck his head out and glanced up. "Oh, that? I guess we have a big date, huh?" He gestured inside. "Better hurry. Don't want to miss the start."

When I stepped through the door, he handed me the flowers, then pulled me in for a kiss.

The smell of popcorn was in the air and I felt a little shy that he was devouring me right in the middle of the lobby but I quickly melted into the pleasure of his touch and stroked my hands down his back.

"Jimin." I whispered against his lips.

He pulled back, his hand stroking down my long hair as he held my gaze. "Guk told me it's okay,He's still learning to forgive us but we can keep seeing each other."

I nodded quickly. "I talked to him last night." Like Jimin said, there was still more to figure out and I knew I had to earn back his trust but the fact that he gave us his approval meant everything.

If Guk saw what was good about Jimin and me, then I knew we had a real chance of making it together.

Jimin slipped his hand into mine and started toward the theater.

I turned and smiled to the man working behind the counter, who shot us a big grin.

"How did you get his permission to change the marquee?"

"Money." Jimin laughed. "I'm giving him some free promotion services through the firm and I explained that I fought off the man who was trying to buy the theater, which he appreciated."

I stopped. "You saved the Theater?"

"Of course." He said, more than a little smug. "Where else am I going to catch a matinee?"

He pushed a door open to an empty theater and I followed him in.

I couldn't stop giggling to myself.

I couldn't wait to see what he had planned.

"Putting your emotions on a marquee for anyone to see?" I teased.

"That sounds like the kind of thing you'd criticize a client for doing."

Jimin laughed, then gestured to a seat.

A bag of popcorn and some candy was waiting in my favorite seat, which I guess I must have told him about at some point.

"It's like Guk said, you must have worn off on me."
