TW: This chapter has mentions of SA and abuse. I will note when they start and end so you can skip over it. THE SA DOES NOT GO INTO BIG DETAIL.

It was now getting close to lunch time, and I had started handing out the invitations Draco, I assume, had left on my side table in my dorm. I was just about to hand out another one but quickly hid them when I noticed Professor Lupin heading toward me. "What do you have there?" My eyes went wide, not realizing he had seen me hide them behind my back.

"Oh, um... it's nothing." I gave him a fake smile, trying my best to get him to leave it. "Nonsense, let me see!" I huffed and slowly handed him one. I am going to be in so much troub- "Oh! Slytherin Party. Excellent, I will be there." I raised an eyebrow, "What?"

He laughed at my expression, "I will be there. What time is it?" He looked over the invitation again. "10 PM, not too long after dinner. Perfect." He smiled at me, and I just stared back, not really understanding what was happening. He turned and walked away, taking the paper with him. Draco came up next to me and I jumped, ready to leave at any moment. "That was interesting. He is coming?" I nodded, not wanting things to be too awkward between us. I missed Draco and Amelia, but I was still very upset.

"Could we talk after lunch?" I shook my head no, "I have to be at potions right after, but we can speak after dinner." He nodded, smiling and running off to the Great Hall. I slowly followed after.

Making it to lunch, I realized the only open spot at the table was across from Draco. I shrugged. We had plans to speak after dinner anyways, so I knew it wouldn't be brought up at lunch. Sitting down, I placed my stuff beside me. Draco had already begun to eat, and I picked up juice, not feeling my appetite was large enough for food. Suddenly, a loud voice boomed through the Great Hall.

"Ahem. Good afternoon, students. I would like to speak to a few of you after lunch. Neville Longbottom, Draco Malfoy, Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger and Y/N Conway." I huffed. I really did not have the time for that. "This has been cleared with each of your professors. Now, enjoy your food." Everybody began eating again. I just stared at my book, which was now scratched by something due to me leaving it here during breakfast.

After lunch, I made my way up to Dumbledore. I noticed all of the other students who were called, standing next to me on each side. We all stared at him, awaiting him to speak. "Hermione, Y/N, Neville. You may all sit down; I will call you back up shortly." I raised an eyebrow but complied anyways. I could not hear what was going on as I was too far away, but I noticed Harry and Ron glaring at Draco, who just laughed.

He was always picking on those two. I didn't see the appeal. Sure, Harry was "famous", and Ron was his nerdy friend, but that didn't excuse Draco from bullying them.

They talked for around 5 minutes, then they were excused. Dumbledore looked over at the three of us, motioning for us to come over. We all stood, walking over. "All three of you had made it clear to me that you had concerns with a professor's health this week." I raised my eyebrow, looking between Neville and Hermione, who did the same as me.

"I plan to speak to Professor Snape about it soon." I looked down at the floor, that was right after the astronomy tower. "However, I am sure he will tell me that I need have no worries." I looked back up at the headmaster, not believing he had actually agreed with Snape.

"That is why I am trusting the three of you to come to me with anymore concerns you have relating to him." I smiled, noting that Dumbledore did not trust the professor to tell him the truth about his health. Who would? He would never admit he was unhealthy; it was probably a sign of weakness to him.
