Chapter 30

Aqua's Pov
A Couple of days later

I woke with Antwan's body laid on top of me. I looked at the bed and wiped my nose. I scooted from under Antwan and stood up. I grabbed my bra from off the floor and put it on. Under it was the used condom from last night. I picked it up and went into the bathroom. I threw it in the trash can and picked up my make-up bag. I touched up my face and had to tell myself at least twenty times that I was beautiful before I let myself out of the bathroom. Antwan laid knocked out on his bed cuddling his pillow as a replacement for my body. I smiled a little. I just wish I had someone who just didn't have to have sex for his attention. I put on the rest of my clothes and left.

I took a long walk to Genniffer's house. I knocked on the door and waited. Genniffer took forever to answer the as usual and that hoe knows it's cold outside. She answered the door with a complete bed head. She was in a tank and some shorts. We went inside and saw Jaylen, Brian, and Treyvian laid out in the living room. I pursed my lips and glared at Genniffer. Why wasn't I invited to this unexpected sleep over? She waved her hand as if it was nothing.

"Girl don't be trippen. They came early in the morning around 3:00. Treyvian and them came back from selling." I cut my eyes over at Brian in disbelief because I know Brian didn't go sell drugs. Genniffer shrugged her shoulders with attitude. "Just come up stairs before these niggas wake up."

We went up into her room and we sat on her bed. "So how was it at Antwan's?"

"Oh good, nothing that this golden pussy couldn't do." We laughed. "Matter of fact my pussy ain't even golden, my shit is platinum." I joked. I got up to go to the restroom. I sat down on the toilet. I glanced over at the trashcan and saw the box to the pregnancy test I gave Genniffer a few days back. It was open. I finished peeing and grabbed the box out of the trashcan with a tissue around my fingers. I flashed it in front of Gen's face. Looked down and started to play with her fingers. She looked over at her window.

"I don't wanna talk about it" she said softly. I gazed into her eyes and met her saddness and held my arms out for a hug. "No Aqua I don't want hug okay? I'm fine."

"Did you look at it yet?" Genniffer shook her head yes. "Okay let's go downstairs and get something to eat." We went downstairs and went into the living room. Genniffer rolled Jaylen off the couch until he fell on the floor. I did the same with Brian. He snored and as soon as Brian hit the floor he jumped up. He looked over at me and Gen dying in laughter.

"Yall play too much." Brian grumbled. I went over to Treyvian and rubbed his smooth, but rough face. He looked so cute asleep. I leaned my face in close to his.

"Treyvian!" Gen yelled. He jumped and his eyes shot open. I pulled my face away quickly and played it off as I was about to wake him up myself.

Genniffer's Pov

My stomach was killing me and it felt weird in my genitalia. Like something was leaking out. But I did my best and put on a smile for my friends. "Aqua lets go make breakfast." I smiled and rubbed my stomach.

"Hold up I ain't eating nothing if Aqua's cooking. I ain't tryna have another day of eating powder." Jaylen smirked. Aqua stuck her middle finger up and put one arm around me. We began walking to the kitchen until my stomach grumbled.

"I have to go to the bathroom" I whispered in Aqua's ear. "Get the food started.

"Gen I told you so." Aqua laughed. She removed her arm and went for the pancake mix. I rushed off to the downstairs bathroom and yanked down my pants. There was a dark stain on my underwear. I pulled them down and realized that the leaking feeling was blood. It-it wasn't my time of the month? My stomach rolled around I had to lean over the counter till the pain subdued. My stomach was feeling much worse today since Victoria's party. I traveled back upstairs and and wiped myself till I didn't see anymore blood and put a pad on. That seemed to do the trick I guess and I returned downstairs. I was feeling hot and sweaty. And not the good kind. Aqua had all ready prepared the batter. I cleaned my hands and did a taste test. It was fine, we continued and turned the skillet on. The boys started to come in and watch us prepare. I saw that the counters were dirty and I cleaned them madly and swiftly. I was feeling hot all over. Everyone started to watched me with confusion.

"Genniffer why are you cleaning?" Brian blurted out. "The counter is fine." I slapped my rag on the sink.

"It is not fine! Look at it." I pointed to a dirt spot and started to clean it insanely. Treyvian got up and grabbed my hands.

"Gen chill. It's fine. You acting like our mama, cleaning all the time and cleaning everything. You need to calm down. Your forehead sweating. Aqua can cook them pancakes if need be. They wasn't that bad. I mean these niggas will eat anything if they hungry." Treyvian smiled. Aqua grinned and gave him a wink. Treyvian bit his lip and then looked down at me. I agreed and took a breather.

I leaned over next to the skillet and instructed Aqua to pour the batter in. I kept my back towards everyone and my head down. I was still hurting I didn't want to concern them. It started become hard to breathe and my stomach only got worse. My mom walked in wiping off her blouse. I gave her a weak smile and then I fell and collapsed on the floor........

I woke up to the sounds of a slow beeping. I opened my eyes and saw all white with brown dots. The sunshine came reigning in from a window to the right of me and I came to realize that I was in a hospital bed. With white covers, silver railing. White walls, white moniters, white everything. I also realized that those brown dots were the heads of my friends and family. They sat off to the side on chairs and sickly green coushioned benches. Hospital bands were around my arm that had my name and information written on it. Something clamped on finger that was connected to the machine that kept track of my heart rate. An IV was in my arm and it hurt when my fingers twitched.

Although not remebering so much of my morning I could only me remember going to the bathroom and up to the point to me falling on the floor. Anything else, I drew a blank. I glanced around for a clock and saw one posted up on the wall. It read: 1:45 pm. So I was out for about six hours. I tried to sit up until an excruciating pain came from my stomach. I laid back down and ran a hand down my belly and felt a bump. I rolled up shirt and saw stitches on my stomach. I lifted my head out and gave Aqua a wide eyed look asking her what happened in my mind.

She met my eyes and motioned for everyone to get up. They crowded around me and all had sorrow written in their faces. My mom held a tissue in her hand and wiped her eyes frequently. Footsteps were heard in the room and the eveyone opened up like a tidal wave. The doctor came in with a clipboard in hand and two nurses by his side. His face was old and meant serious. His old blue eyes wandered over to mine and he took a step forward and pulled his clipboard up to his face before he spoke.
