Tsurugi still hasn't forgotten what Anju has said towards him.

What if she's right?

Even if she never mean't to say all of those things to him and even if she apologized, he just can't help but keep on remembering it.

He just can't forget about it.

"....Rugi...."

Maybe she is right about this.

He just can't achieve such an impossible dream like that.

That life goal he has, maybe he can't achieve that goal after all.

"Tsu....gi....."

He just can't do tha-

"TSURUGI!"

"Ah?!" Tsurugi yelped, before realizing that he spaced out. He turned to see Yamato, who was gripping on his shoulders tightly. "O-oh...Yamato..." He muttered.

"Thank god you're okay! You spaced out and I was worried." The inventor said in relief. The police officer sighed. "Well yeah. Where are we again?" He asked. "Eeeeeeeh? Silly Tsurugi! You forgot, didn't you! We're at an amusement park!" Yamato answered happily.

"Oh, right..." He muttered, mentally face palming himself for forgetting. He's literally on a date with Yamato right now. How can he forget?!

"You good? I realized that you're not like yourself lately. Mind telling me about it?" Yamato offered. Tsurugi was hesitant to tell him everything at first, but if he hides all of it from Yamato any longer, he'll just make the inventor worried.

"....*Sigh* Fine. Let's just go somewhere private for a bi--" "Oh wait no! Why not we just go on the ferris wheel? Nobody can hear us when we're inside of a ferris wheel anyway." Yamato cuts Tsurugi off mid sentence. Tsurugi sighed, before agreeing anyway.

The two are finally on the ferris wheel. Once Tsurugi looks at the sky, he realizes that the sun is about to set. Huh, how odd. He almost forgot that he and Yamato have been in the amusement park for almost the whole day.

"So, tell me about it!" Yamato said eagerly. "....Alright then." Tsurugi said before starting his explanation. "So, before we sorted things out with Kamei and Fukuhara, Kamei told me that...I can't achieve my dream of vanishing all criminals from this world." Tsurugi cringed once he said what his life goal was. It was stupid, now that he thinks back at it. He should really stop chasing after that goal.

"And, ever since that day, I kept thinking to myself, 'What if she's right?' or 'Maybe she is right'." Tsurugi finished his explanation. Yamato nodded in understanding. "Ah, I see..."

"....You know, even if you can't achieve your dream, I'll still be with you." The inventor said, smiling. "You know, I had a pretty odd life goal too. Not really gonna say what it is, though! Since it's pretty cringe." Yamato said, laughing to himself.

"Anyways, even if people say that I can't achieve that dream of mine, I still didn't mind it at all. You shouldn't think about what others say about you, either, Tsurugi." Yamato explained.

Tsurugi stayed silent for a bit, before smiling. "*Sigh* Maybe you're right. Besides, Kamei has changed these past few months, so I'm sure she doesn't think that either. Thanks, Yamato."

"Haha, no problem! Now, let's just enjoy the rest of our date, shall we~?" Yamato said. "*Chuckle* Yeah sure." Tsurugi responded.
