"Listen here darlin' ,"
Bo said, drawing my gaze over to him now.
"None of this would have happened if you had just behaved, which is why we are now setting rules."

I look around the room at all of their faces for any sort of confirmation that this news is true.

They don't show any physical emotion or expression for me to be able to confirm that this new information is true; but a certain voice speaks up and confirms it for me.

Hannibal looks at me and says aloud.
"It's for the best, princessa,"

"How is that 'for the best'? You all kidnapped me, so, I don't really think it's fair for you to kidnap me, trap me in whoever's house this is, and then force me to abide by your made up rules."
I scoff.

"Well we didn't have a choice."
Billy buts in. He looks...really good-

"You didn't have a choice?"
I repeat in disbelief.
"You're serious?"

"Well it wasn't simple, we couldn't just pick up the phone and call you."
Freddy adds on.

"Yes, you literally could've."
I give him a look.

"The police can trace calls, dearest."
Hannibal says.

"Today's technology is so fucking annoying."
Freddy says with a groan of annoyance.

I'm going to guess he is talking about the advancment in police equipment.

"Right...but why kidnap me?"
I squint my eyes at them.
"If you can't call me, talk to me in person."
I give them a 'duh' look.

"Once again, we have the fucking police on our ass 24/7."
Freddy cusses.

"Jeez, rude."
I pause.
"But still...the kidnapping people! Are we all forgetting this?"

Everyone looks at me like I have three heads.

'Oh. My. God.'
I think to myself as I smack my forhead at their stupidity.

"Whatever just tell me the fucking rules already."
I say annoyed and completley done with this conversation.

"Not until you ask politly."
Freddy says.

"Tell me the rules...now,"
I glare at Freddy.

He really thinks I'm going to ask politly after he just dumped rubbing alcohal on a freshly opened wound? My freshly opened wound.

He smirks and puts his hands up in the air; backing off.

"Okay, well, rule number one is, obviously: listen. Rule number two: don't run, we will just end up catching you and bringing you right back here. Rule number three: you will do as we say. You need discipline and you will help out around the house."
Bo lists off.
"Those are the only rules you've got to follow. Unless, y'all have anymore."

"I've got one."
Billy speaks up.
"You have to sleep with two of us every night. We will switch off each night with two different people each time, to make sure that you won't be running off."

My eyes widen at Billy's words.
"In case you haven't noticed, I slept in a basement - which doesn't have a bed."

"That's why you'll be sleeping upstairs."
Bo says.

Wait...there's an upstairs?

Jason grunts and I turn to him.
"Yes Jason?"

He squeezes my hand and pulls me up from the couch gently; cautious of my ankle.

I hiss and sit back down on the couch.

Jason looks at me and tilts his head silently asking me what's wrong.
