"bloom again" is the comeback album of Chaelin. It is her first solo venture after her last album in 2017 and her first solo venture after her exit from HYBE/BigHit Music. Fans were incredibly exited for her return, as she has not been seen since she left her former agency.

→ November 2021: Chaelin is announced to have officially singed with EDAM Entertainment, IU's agency.
→ July 1st, 2022: Chaelin posts on Instagram for the first time in over a year. She captions the video "🌺" All other posts, except her goodbye letter from 2021 have been deleted/archived.

Sides A, B and C each had a track pre-released with a music video to commemorate the return of Chaelin. The music video for "Sparkling", the final title track, was released with the physical album on August 15th. The album fully charted; the pre-released tracks and the title track all made a Real Time All Kill and a Perfect All Kill on the Korean charts. The Album debuted at no.1 on the Billboard 200 and Sparkling charted no.1 on the Billboard international chart. It became the best selling album from a soloist ever and the best selling album of 2022.
In total, Chaelin got 15 wins on music shows.
