Logan starts pouring the champagne as I stare at my fresh white lillies.

He slides over the long velvet box which I haven't yet opened.

"Go on." He nods.

I smile taking the box into my hands and carefully opening the lid, my eyes widen with what is inside.

A beautiful silver diamond heart necklace.

"Wow."

"Turn it over."

Delicately turning over the heart, I feel tears pricking my eyes when I see the back.

All my love, forever. L x

"It's beautiful, thank you so much."

"Here, let me."

He takes the chain from the box and places it round my neck, lifting my hair up so he can fasten it.

"I wanted to give you something as a promise that no matter what, I love you and I'm here with you, doing this until you tell me otherwise."

I crash my lips onto his. Gripping the back of his neck to steady my balance.

Slipping my tongue into his mouth I hear a slight groan from him as his hands grip my hips, pulling me towards his growing bulge.

"We can't, not now. We have to eat before taking the boat out to sea."

I pout at him dramatically before he slaps my ass and walks over to the fridge.

"Right, you go up there and I'll cook us something up." Motioning to the top deck.

"And take this with you." Logan hands me the champagne glass in one hand and my camera in the other.

"Thank you babe."

Setting my camera up on the deck, we eat a quick lunch and Logan starts driving the boat out to sea.

I told him more memories and stories about my Mom and Dad and surprisingly I don't get too emotional. They would make sure I have the best birthday's as a little girl, they would spoil me with so many presents and take me to the zoo or to the seaside.

Logan tells me now they are gone it's his job to spoil me, which I protested at first but then he resorted to tickling me until I agreed.

The sun is about to set and Logan has me wrapped in his arms, stood overlooking the incredible view.

Reaching out to grab my camera, Logan stops me.

"Take one of us, I want one with my girl."

I set up the angle so that the glowing sunset is behind us. A warmness in my chest at this moment.

The picture turned our amazing. Big smiles, holding each other, my hair blowing in the light breeze. I love it.

"We should frame that one baby. Our first picture together, your birthday, the amazing sunset, it's great."

He kisses my forehead as we watch the sun disappearing into the sea. I deeply inhale closing my eyes, Logan's arms hold me tighter.

I exhale opening my eyes, a sense of happiness and belonging washes over me.

I never want moments like these to end.
