Third Person POV

Ritchie grinned as he saw Kit from across the room. "Hey, look at who it is," He said, nudging Devin's side. The pair were currently at a somewhat small college party made up of close knit group of gaming friends that had all met from university. The groups differed, all of them having names they liked to call themselves; Divinus, The Protectors, Grimshade, and La Carnival.

The group all played Minecraft mini games together, and although many of them didn't know each other personally all too well, they were still all one big group of 30-40 friends. And it was enough people to have a party, so of course, Ritchie wasn't complaining. Especially as he knew most of the people here tonight in at least a decent manner.

Devin seemed to spot their friends, too, and made his way over to the table where a large group of their good friends sat at, a table right outside of the cabin that Bri owned where they were currently having their party. He traded a side hug with Kit and Lucas before plucking the drink from the younger girl's hands. She sighed, rolling her eyes and grabbing another cup from the table. Kit was always prepared when it came to alcohol.

"Hey Devin, hey Ritchie." She said, leaning back in her chair.

"Hey, Kit, how are you?"

"Eh. I'm good. Not wasted yet, unfortunately." She said with a sad sounding noise. Ritchie grinned, mocking a sad face as he took a seat next to his younger friend.

"It is a tragedy, isn't it?! Devin still isn't letting me get drunk!" He wailed, and Kit rolled her eyes.

"That's because you thought that I was a murder last month and tried to stab me in the stomach Ritchie. Your so lucky you hit Tapio's tail, you know!" She hissed, referring to the injury that Kit's favorite cat had sustained.

Ritchie whined. "I knowwwww, I'm sorryyyy! I just really want to get drunk."

Brandon sighed. "You are not getting drunk, brother!"

The five of them slowly formed a circle— Devin, Ritchie, Lucas, Kit and Brandon. It wasn't often that the group was together without everyone else. But Michael had night school, Blake was off visiting her parents, Inmo was somewhere drunk in the corner, and David and Mario... Well, Ritchie actually had no idea where they had went.

Their circle huddled on the front of the long porch to Bri's cabin. The porch was wide and enough to hold many people, parts of it screened in and the music audible from inside the front room of the cabin, where their was at least twenty people joking and laughing and drinking. Most of them didn't have any major exams nearby, and Bri's parents are been off in Australia so they wouldn't be stopping by the cabin anytime soon. And most importantly, Bri had gotten a giant shipping of discount alcohol. Coincidentally they all coincided this weekend, so of course, Bri had thrown a party, utilizing the entire first floor of her summer vacation home.

Ritchie would admit, the cabin was very pretty. It was lakeside, and the red maple trees fit perfectly with the feeling of fall, although it was already mid October. Spooky season was coming up, and Ritchie was excited. Halloween was his third favorite holiday, only after Christmas and Valentine's Day. As a result, he started hiding little fake spiders around his home to freak out Brandon. He swore the taller twin almost punched him in the face.
