Today I'm finally going to be speaking to the men who tried to take my weapons, are they from the council or are just saying that to think they can scare me, the daylight council try to take down vampires who are a danger, if the council are sniffing around Giuseppe is going to bring attention. The only way to truly kill a vampire is fire or starvation even then it's a long process and can take months,  or by ripping out the heart even then they can be brought back, only if the heart is put back,  but  let's  be honest who can get close enough to rip out a vampires heart, wooden stake to the heart, Garlic and head decapitation are all made up stories in books And movies.

I Fix my suit in the mirror and head down for breakfast, I spot Lucien and Ella chatting she's staring at him smiling as he woos her with his fucking British accent, my blood boils at the sight we both love the same girl how will this end? I feel possessive over her " Lucien out now. Get some clothes on  " I snap he's sat there with no shift on, she snaps her head towards my way, anger and hurt written across her face.

" listen Ella I'm sorry I freaked out. I don't do blood" I try to lie to her the best I can. She looks at me and shakes her head a tear running down her cheek, " how dare you Ambrose? Giuseppe came he left me Ambrose. told me  me to go home back to my old life. But I had no idea where I was. This is your fault, your fault I hit my head" she stands up hand on hip pointing that finger at me again.

Giuseppe is paying for his actions in the basement, she could of died that fucker will stay in there. I swallow hard and try to gain my posture, I was feeling angry for what he did to her I feel like ripping his throat out. " just know that Giuseppe is being delt with over his actions. I am sorry for his behaviour please forgive me Ella. Let me take you out tonight" I say trying to smooth over the situation, I grab her by the shoulders " forget what happened with Giuseppe" I had to compel her, I didn't want her asking questions

She looks at me strange like something just happened, that's it when a humans compelled  it's strange like they are forgetting something but not  sure  what. " I'd like to go out. You need to make it up to me anyway.. Ambrose" she trails off with my name   like she wants to ask me something, I nod for her to continue but she shakes her head  and puts her head down " nothing" she replies putting a dangling piece of hair behind her ear.

" please Ella. What's  wrong?" I compelled her, I need to know what she wants.

" I want to see my mom. You have the money. We could never afford to fly over to Madrid I haven't seen her in a long time" she realised  what  shes said  and frowns at me, "I don't know why  I just said that. I'm sorry"

" I'll see what I can do. But for how Iv got work to do. I'll take you out around 7. "What are your plans for today?" I ask her with curiousness.

She smiles " me and Rosie are cleaning out diamonds stables and grooming her today. Phoenix said he spoken to the cleaners and they are leaving her for me. Iv always wanted to look after a horse fully" she gleamed at me, she looks generally happy.

I smiled " very well then. Have fun Ella" I said as I headed to the car to meet jones. Lucien and Phoenix were at in the back waiting. " warehouse jones" I told him.

I will take her to see her mother, Ella makes me feel things I haven't felt since Lilly  300  years ago, she makes me soft just for her, although she's technically my prisoner I have a huge soft spot for her.

Lilly was my vampire wife, we never had children together she was killed by villagers they buried  her in concrete and starved her, I loved lilly with every ounce of me but she was cruel and wasn't capable of love, truth is she never loved me.

As I got in the car I heard  Giuseppe mentally communicate with me, " wait here for me I'll be back" I tell jones before making my way down to the basement.

Giuseppe  was  learning against  the basement door  a grin " letting me out yet? Come on Iv had my fun"

" you left Ella to die. The other girls I don't care about. The council are sniffing round you need to keep your head down"

Giuseppe laughed " does your father know your in love with a Disgusting Human? I bet he'd love to taste her. Mmm maybe even kill her" Giuseppe grinned licking  his lips, I shook my head and used my vamp speed to run to the car, if I didn't leave now I'd make him stay there and kill him slowly.

My father would never allow Ella to live he hates humans, he was hard to explain situations to he wouldn't listen, if anyone touched Ella they would have me to deal with.
