Ella pov

I set of fire and Grew from the Ashes, that's what I can remember, I'm a Phoenix now something I can't wrap my head around, it seems surreal that Iv always been a Phoenix  which needed to be triggered by my death.

I'm starting to learn my powers now, I can throw  fire from my hands which is fucking bizarre and I can't die I'll just raise from the ashes, as Rosie puts it, the sun harvests my powers I'm always stronger when the sun is shining, Iv found my speed is super fast, like faster than Lucien literal I can move as fast as light this new life is crazy, it's something I really need to get my head around, it's new and absolutely bizarre that if always had this supernatural creature ready to be born by my death.

My belly grows bigger everyday, I have found out the baby is a boy, what we dont know is what supernatural being he will be, Iv tried to contact Ambrose but it's no use he doesn't answer the phone, I know his humanity is off and i don't blame him for what he did to me he wasn't himself.

Lucien and I have been working together to try track him, Jase is on our side and is out there searching the areas where bodies  are being reported but no use yet,  all leads are dead ends.

I'm looking at the map jase had circled  where he was last spotted, We need to find him before the council get wind of his actions, they can find Giuseppe I don't care about him.

Lucien walks in he can clearly see I'm upset, he come up to me and hugs me, without warning he leans in for a kiss " stop lucien it's not right. I can't"

He looks into my eyes " no Ella it is right. Just not right now. I love you. It's me you'll choose" how can he even say any of this right now?

" Lucien. Stop. Please " I try to push him away but he doesn't move he looks into my eyes " it's not him you need to be with Ella it's me.. my mate mark has vanished since you've been around.. it's just right"

I stepped away " not right now lucien. We need to find Ambrose" I walked away, the truth is I don't know who I want, I love  them both there's no denying that, I need to find Ambrose that's all I need right now.

I bumped into Phoenix who  dragged me into his room " come on girl which outfit for my date" Phoenix said as he tried different outfits on, I shook my head laughing

" what? Come on. Your alive, your safe. Ambrose being missing won't stop me from meeting sexy men" phonix laughed " so which one?"

You would never guess Phoenix was gay, only sometimes he acts camp and girly, he makes me laugh  a gay vampire. " I like the blue suit. Brings out your eyes" I grinned which quickly followed with a sigh,  I feel like Phoenix isn't taking Ambrose  missing seriously.

" I'm still helping find him Ella. I just can't put my life on hold for him. Things continue. It wouldn't be the first time he's gone all ripper with Giuseppe. He'll  be back . The hard part is getting his switch back on. And I think that son of his will be the reason he comes back"

" I don't want him to end up dead because of Giuseppe. The council will be hunting then down with all the bodies that are being reported. They've only just let Emily live now we have Ambrose leaving bodies all round the place" I throw myself on Phoenix bed  with a huff, I really don't know what to do anymore, after everyone brought me up to speed about Emily Lucien's  daughter and  the council it's scared me.

Phoenix got dressed he looked dapper " you look handsome P" I grinned as we both walked downstairs, I was having a girls night with the girls of the house, Agnes m and Rosie  just what I needed, Lucien and Alice had disappeared and something tells me this may be a distraction.
