Ella pov

Iv been here a while now, I only know because iv got a bump I can feel the baby kick, I'm not sure if that's because I'm so skinny from the lack of food I'm given, Iv definitely given up hope now of Ambrose finding me I was certain he would of found me by now, what will he say when he finds out his own father has kept me here, has his own blood slave or some shit, how can he treat me like this when I'm carrying his grandchild? He tells me that myself and the baby will die before it's born, I'm guessing our day will end any day now.

I think my tears had dried up from how much I'd cried, I have truly given up on life why should I try and fight when it will end at the hand of vampires? Vampires I only thought existed in movies and myths.

I listened Quietly when I heard voices and footsteps, my heart quickened when I heard Ambrose voice, has he found me? I didn't want to shout Incase he was in on this with his father, maybe he wanted me dead too? I waited until I heard a gasp and the door being ripped open, Ambrose ran to my side, " what the Fuck is this!? She's been here all this time? She's been here All this time?" Ambrose roared he looked at Jase who backed away I slowly stood up with the little ounce of energy I had left, jase saw me first and his jaw dropped " she's pregnant?" Jase must not of known because his shocked reaction was definitely true.

Ambrose turned to me, he quickly bit his wrist and poured blood down my throat " drink this Ella your weak. I'm so sorry. I didn't know you was here. Jase speak now or I'll tear your throat out myself"

" ok brother listen.. I did not know she was here honestly; but what i didn't know she was pregnant.. You know the one rule I don't hurt kids. I will help you get her out of here" Jase voice sounded concerned " is the baby ambrose? And how?"

I nodded, of course it was. Ambrose picked me up and we made out way up out of the basement, Jase hurried us out and I could see the exit when Giuseppe stops in front of us, he throws Ambrose to the ground sending me flying, Jase grabs me and we run for the exit, the door won't open and I hear a laughing woman, I turn round and Angelica is there with Kadax by her side. " father. What the fuck is going on?" Ambrose said as he snapped Giuseppes neck .

" well done son for sticking to the plan and having him find Ella. Ambrose as you can see Ella is pregnant with your child. We can't let that abomination live. They will both die. My wife here Angelica will make sure of that" Kadax said to a shocked ambrose.

" you married a woman who put mother to sleep. Waking mom up was never part of the plan was it? Keeping me here so I could witness the death of the person I love and my unborn child. Now father I knew you was a sick man. But not that sick" Ambrose ran for his father but the witch made him hover and he screamed in agony, I couldn't move the witch had done something, it was like I was frozen In place.

Kadax went up to Jase " so you was helping them escape? Thought you wanted her dead son?"

" I did until I saw she was pregnant. We don't hurt children father. Let them go" Jase begged his father to let us go but he refused which causes angelica to do the same to him as she's doing to Ambrose.

Kadax carried me to a hall I was unable to move, Ambrose and Jase hovered in the air in pain, there was nothing anyone could do, I was going to die.

" now before we begin I need to tell you boys something. I told you both there was a lead to waking you mother up. That's a lie to keep you both here. Now the next is Angelica put your mother to sleep not because she was jealous but because I told her too. So we could be together. Next let's get this human and it's gremlin dead. Ambrose I hope you enjoy seeing your true mate die. Did you think you could keep your mate mark disappearing a secret? Giuseppe has always been my informant son. Let's begin"

Angelica places me on a table And strapped my arms and legs to the sides, I couldn't move I couldn't speak, there was nothing I could do. Giuseppe runs in and grins at Ambrose before ripping into my neck, I couldn't even scream still frozen in place, he stops and walks up to Ambrose he wipes my blood off his chin and places it in his mouth " taste her Ambrose. It's the nicest tasting blood you'd ever taste" he grins looking back at me his face covered in my blood.

The witch mumbles something into Ambrose ear and he falls to the floor his face has a blank expression and he comes over to me and grins " she tastes delicious" he bites into my neck this really hurts but I'm unable to move, jase looks on screaming for Ambrose to stop.

" he won't jase. Angelica here made him turn his humanity switch off. Any love he had for his human has gone" he laughed " how ironic to of killed your own true mate"

I watched on has jase tried to struggle against the witches magic hold, Giuseppe and Ambrose both drank from my neck, Angelia mumbled some words and Kadax looked on with a huge grin.

I was feeling faint, I guess from the blood loss all I wanted to do was close my eyes. I could see Rosie Lucien and Phoenix unsure if this was from the lack of blood or not, i felt comfort seeing them, with Every ounce of my being I was able to put a hand on my stomach to feel my baby one last time, tears fell from my eyes as I closed my eyes for a final time. I heard screams of grief that was my final moments.
