Fay's pov___________

After the whole Landon coming back from the dead thing, we discovered he is a phoenix, the only one of his kind. It's been about a week, and I think things are getting back to normal.

I woke up and Hope was not around. Ever sense Landon came back she has been crashing in his dorm.

I got up and got changed and walked out of my room.

"Hey Fay, can you come with me for a second?" Josie asked looking upset, and it looked like she had been crying.

"Of course," I said, and she led me to her room where Lizzie was standing.

"Where have you been? Fay? What's going on?" Lizzie asked confused.

"I was getting the note that Penelope wrote for me" Josie said holding the note in her hand looking sad.

"What's wrong Jo?" I asked not sure if I am going to like what I hear.

"She's leaving the school" Josie said and my eyes widen. Poor Jo.

"Oh, yeah, I knew that. I overhead dad talking to her parents" Lizzie smirks.

"And you didn't think to tell me!" Josie started to raise her voice.

"The devil's exorcising herself from our live. That's good news. Why are you acting so upset?" Lizzie asked clearly oblivious.

"I can't believe this... She's been telling me all along, but I never hear it. You never consider anybody's feelings but your own" Josie said.

"What? That's not fair" Lizzie said.

"Ok, I feel like I am in the middle of sisterly fighting, so I think I will just-" I was trying to leave this awkward situation.

"No, stay" Josie said.

Whelp, that didn't work.

"Isn't it? Don't you know I love her?" She asked her.

"Jo, I'm not a mind reader, how was I supposed to know what?" Lizzie said.

"Liz, I mean it's not rocket science; they have been spending a lot of time together" I muttered for only the three of us to hear.

"I haven't notice" Lizzie said looking sad.

"No, you haven't, because you are so self-centered to even see your own sister's feelings" Josie said then grabbed my arm and dragged me out the room and into the main entrance of the school.

"Are you ok?" I asked once we were alone.

"Can you come with me to say bye to her?" Josie asked her voice broke. I didn't want to, but I will go for her.

"Sure" I said. We made our way outside where Caroline, Penelope and her parents waited at their car.

"Jo" Pen said, and they ran into each other arm hugging.  They were both crying to each other. It was kind of sweet.

"I'll miss you" Jo said.

"I love you" Penelope said to her.

"I love you too" Jo said. I saw Caroline smile at the two.

Then they kissed goodbye.
