By the time we got back to school it was late and I rushed into Alaric's office. 

"Clarke is back and is with Hope somewhere and I think they are trying to look for Landon" I said catching his attention. 

"I know where. Let's go" Alaric and I got into his car, and he drove to a motel. 

We both got out of the car and saw Landon outside on the ground.

"Landon? You all, right?" Alaric asked him. 

Landon stood up and I see this mouth wide, and a hand go in. 

My eyes widen is shock and disgust. 

"Oh, god" Alaric said, pushing me behind him.

"Close enough. Your turn" Landon said.

Landon was walking towards us when Alaric took his gun out and shot him until Landon feel to the ground. 

"Dr. Saltzman, Fay. What are you doing to him?" Hope came running towards us.

"That's not Landon, Hope" I said to her. 

Hope looked alarmed and looked around "Where's Cleo?" she asked confused. 

"Who's Cleo?" Alaric and I both asked confused. 

"You're right. It's not Landon... It's Malivore" Hope said.

"Clarke is hurt. I got to take him to the hospital" Hope went back into a room while Alaric and I grabbed Landon and put him in the back of the car. 

Alaric and I took Landon back to the school while Hope took Clarke to the hospital.

"I got this, ok?" Alaric said once we arrived back at school.

"Ok" I said and saw Lizzie. 

"How'd it go?" I asked her.

"Let's find Josie" Lizzie and I walked into the living room to see Josie and Finch. 

"Oh. God. What happened?" Josie walked over to us. 

"With my plan? Epic fail. Ethan asked me out and I'm pretty sure I said yes" Lizzie said in shock. 

"Malivore took over Landon's body!" I blurted out.

"..." They both look at me with a fix of shock and confusion. 

"Fay. Come with me" Alaric walked over to us.

Lizzie and Josie look at me confused. 

"I'll explain later" I tell them and walk off with Alaric to Kaleb and MG's room. 

"Sorry to interrupt" Alaric said as we both walk in. 

"Not a problem, is everything ok?" MG asked. 

"No. No, we've lost another student today" Alaric said.

"What? Who?" Kaleb asked confused. 

"Someone you no longer remember. We didn't either until Hope filled us in" I said to them. 

"Malivore strikes again" MG said annoyed. 

"I'll get to him in a minute, but right now, this person meant a lot to you, Kaleb. And remembering her is going to hurt, So I will give you an option" Alaric tells Kaleb. 

Kaleb looked hesitant and looks at MG who nods his head.

"I mean, if she was important, of course I want to remember her" Kaleb said.

"Hope's working on a spell. I'll go check on her" I said and walked into my room and see Hope with Lizzie and Josie.

"If only her being devoured by Malivore could have been avoided" Lizzie is clearly still mad about earlier.
