We Are Worthy

Fay's pov_________________

"We have to prepare ourselves. To make Hope proud of us all for saving the day like she always does and the only way to do that is by working together" MG said to us.

"Believe in me half as much as I believe in you, and we can get through this" MG encouraged us.

"I do not believe you will, not unless the blood of kings run through your veins" Nimue said ruining the hero moment for everyone. 

"Hold up. That is what you think worthy means?" Lizzie asked her. 

"Yes, it is in the definition" Nimue said.

"Ok boomer, maybe in your time" Josie said angry at her. 

"Yet again, information that would have been useful before now" Lizzie said.

"The fact remains, Excalibur was tainted, and now your world will pay the price" Nimue said and lightning struck around us.

"I don't care what some lady skulking around in pounds, distributing swords, thinks of us" MG said and Nimue looks at him offended "No offense" MG said.

"We are worthy, we just got to prove it" MG said.

"Ok, not how I pictured dying but what the hell. What's the plan MG?" Lizzie asked him.

"Kaleb, Jed, Wade, Fay? Grab that rope and see if you can slow him down" MG instructed us.

We rush to get the rope. 

"Wade, Fay, take one side" Jed said. 

Wade and I grabbed one rope each and took our positions.

Green Knight got close enough for MG to punch him, but it didn't affect him. Just made him anger. 

The four of us wrapped the rope around him holding him back. This time I used my vamp strength. 

But he kept pushing forward. 

"It's not working" Wade said.

"Not with that attitude" I said to him.

"Give it everything you got. Two vampires, and Alpha werewolf and a fairy" Kaleb said while pulling harder on the rope.

"Incendium!" I hear Lizzie say and fire struck at him, but he didn't burn.

"He's immune to fire, so you're just pissing him off" Nimue said.

"Ok, your clearly no help" I said.

"Try Immobilus" Josie suggested. 

"That's what I have been saying all day. Immobilus" Lizzie said and the Knight froze in the spot for a moment then his eyes flashed green, and he became unfrozen. 

He started to really pull at the rope, and we were losing our grip on him. 

MG punched his helmet off and he was even more pissed. The Knight threw him on the ground. 

"Need a hand" Raf asked appearing out of nowhere. 

"Need a hundred. But you'll do" Raf helped MG back up, but Raf pulled the sword out of the rock. 

We all look at him in shock.

"Your royal highness?" MG joked. 

"The worthy one has arrived" Nimue curtsied to him sitting on the floor. 

"Raf has the sword, everyone out of the way" MG said and we tighten out grip to hold him down. 

Raf runs at him with the sword and jabbed it in his heart and he feel to the ground, and we let go of the rope. 

The sky goes back to normal. 

The Knight's body turned into ashes and flew away. 

"Please, get up" Raf helped her up "Um, this is yours" Raf held the sword out for her. 

"No, it's rightful yours, as you are a descendant of Arthur. Do better than your ancestors did, and I will never need to return" Raf nods at her and she left disappearing into water. 

A moment of silents feel around everyone. 

"I don't want to say I told you we were worthy, but..." MG pats Raf's shoulder. 

"Took you long enough. Where the hell were you?" Lizzie asked. 

His smile fades, but it seems like only I noticed as the others were celebrating. 

"What happened?" I asked him once we were alone. 

"Landon and Hope are back, that's a good thing" Raf told me. 

I smile was on me when I hear Hope and Landon are back.

"That's great news, how did you do it?" I asked. 

"The Necromancer brought Landon back and he woke Hope up" Raf explained. 

"That simple? Why would the Necromancer do that?" I asked confused. 

He didn't say anything else, but we finally made it back to school.

I walked into my room to see Hope.

"Hope" I smile at her. 

"Hi, Fay" Hope and I hug. 

"I missed you, so much" I said.

"I missed you too. Thanks for trying to get me back" she said, and we pull apart.

"Aunt Bekah has been trying to call you for a few hours now, you better answer" Hope hands me my phone that I left here for the day. 

I see about 15 miss calls "Yikes" I said and Hope laughs.

"She tried to call me about 40 times. I have been asleep to answer" Hope said.

I dial her number.

R: "Why haven't you or Hope been answering your phones!" Aunt Rebekah yelled. 

F: "I'm sorry Aunt Rebekah, we have been very busy" I explained. 

R: "I'm not buying that, but whatever, when are you coming home?" she asked. 

F: "Break is in two days, so well be home soon" I said.

R: "Ok, I can't wait for my nieces to be home, we'll have a big dinner" Rebekah became excited.

F: "We'll see Aunt Rebekah, I got to go, love you" I said.

R: "Love you too, little one" she said, and I hung up my phone. 

2 days later______________________

Everything got back to normal, or as normal we can get. I just finished packing me bags for summer break and walked outside the school. 

"I compelled a driver for you two. Have a safe drive home. I'll see you in a week" Caroline told us.

"Thank Caroline" I said.

Landon and Raf helped with our bags into the taxi. 

"Bye" I waved bye to everyone and got in the car with Hope. 

"Relaxing trip, always does the trick" Hope said.

"Yeah, you need it after being asleep for a few months" I said.

"Um. Don't mention that to my dad, please" Hope asked me. 

"He will have my head, don't worry, I won't say anything" I told her.
