STORYBROOKE
PRESENT DAY

A million thoughts were running through Lily's mind as she looked down at Lorelai's letter. After the incident at the library, she had escaped to the Jolly Roger to get some alone time. She was trying to figure out why and how Lorelai knew Cora. And if Cora knew Lorelai, maybe she knew of Adrienne too.

"Have you calmed down now?" Evander asked, as he approached his mother. She looked up at him just as he sat down next to her.

"She knows where Lorelai is. I just know it." Lily said.

"You should confront her about it. Just make sure you get answers before throwing her across the room this time." Evander said with a small smile; but it was one Lily didn't return.

"This is not fun and games, Evander. There is nothing to smile about here." Lily said.

"Sure there is. I'm here." Evander said in an attempt to offer Lily some emotional comfort. "I know I'm not Lorelai or Adrienne, but I'm here."

Evander had always been a caring soul, despite the trouble he always found himself in. Given the circumstances surrounding his birth, he turned out well. At least that's what Lily thought. She smiled softly as she looked into her son's eyes. He was her only son and he was the definition of a mama's boy when he was growing up.

"I am sorry." Lily sighed.

"Isn't this adorable?" Regina's voice could be heard as she walked onto the ship. "A mother and son moment."

"What the hell do you want?" Evander asked in a rather snappy tone.

"Quiet, Evander. I have this." Lily said before she stood up to look at Regina. "What the hell do you want?"

"My mother and I have a job we could use your help with." Regina smiled.

"You have made it clear my family is no longer of any interest to you, so I suggest you handle this job by yourselves." Lily said.

"Not even if my mother has information on your daughter? I believe Mother said her name was Lorelai." As Regina said this, Lily could feel anger burning up inside her. Evander quickly stood up and took Lorelai's letter from Lily's clenching fist.
