CHAPTER 2: SHIONNE EMPIRE

His POV

Nagising ako ng maaga dahil sa ipapakilala raw ako ng Empress sa mga nasasakupan niya. Sigurado akong makikita ko ang mga magulang ko mamaya.

"Sundan niyo po ako kamahalan" sambit ng isang tagapag-lingkod kaya ginawa ko nalang ang sinabi niya. Maayos na ang itsura ko at mukhang presintable na pero masyadong makinang sa mata ko ang suot. When we reached the outside of the palace a different carriage was parked infront of me.

"Nasa loob na po ang Empress at hinihintay na lamang kayo" said the coachman so I opened the door but the moment I've done that is the moment I saw how beautifully stunning the Empress is. Unlike the first time I saw her she looks very gorgeous and stunning in her black royalty dress.

"I'll leave you if you're not in the carriage yet" malamig at seryoso niyang saad habang nakatingin ng diretso sa mga mata ko. Iniwas ko naman ang tingin ko kasabay ng mabagal kong paglunok. Bakit pakiramdam ko biglang uminit?

Habang nasa byahe ay wala sa kaharap kong babae ang atensyon ko dahil nakatingin parin siya sa akin at mukhang walang balak umiwas. Her eyes seems like its digging my soul for freaking sake!

"Uhm" I uttered due to the uncomfortable feeling of her stares at me "can you-" before I could even finish my words she already cut me out "you look really handsome today dear fiancé" nakangiti niyang saad kaya naramdaman ko ang pagpula ng mukha ko at tenga.

I don't know if I was just hallucinating or what but I definitely saw her eyes glimmers in tease and unknown emotions. Hindi ko nalang iyon pinansin at pinanatili na munang sa labas ang tingin dahil hindi pa ako masiyadong komportable sa tingin ng kamahalan.

NANG makarating na kami sa puso ng empire ay bumaba na kami at binati ng ilan sa mga commoners na nasasalubong namin. They were bowing their heads with respect and that made me smile a little, even if some of them are quite not educated enough they are still respectful.

I waved at the little kid who's staring at us and he just hid behind his mother. "People in here are quite interesting" bulong ko sa katabi ko na tanging tango lang ang sinagot pabalik.

"This is the reason why I am working hard on developing a new system for them to have a greater life" the empress said with a little smile curved up on her lips. I admire her for that, she may seem stoic but she's really a softie when it comes to the people under her power.

PINAPANOODAN ko lang siyang makipaglaro sa mga bata rito sa orphanage and all I can say is that she's pretty good with handling kids. I wonder if she ever do that also with our future kids....

I suddenly shaked my head when that thought invaded my mind. How in the hell would I have a kid with the Empress!?! "just thinking about it makes me have goosebumps" I whispered in the air.

"Kamusta po!" napatingin ako sa baba ko ng makarinig ako ng isang maliit at matinis na boses ng batang babae, I smiled when a cute little girl with her two adorable pig tails was looking upward on me with an adorable smile plastered on her cute little face. I squat down on her height as I also smile at her.

"Hello there too little one" malambing na saad ko sa kaniya habang may malambing ring ngiti ang nakapaskil sa labi ko. She giggled when I said that, she's really cute then I wonder, what will our children will look like if ever we will have one?

I was pulled back from the present when the empress' voice called out for me. "Rawwel, mamaya ka na makipagkwentuhan kailangan ko pang ipakita ang lahat ng nasasakop ng empire sa'yo" that was what she said and as a submissive fiancé to her I quickly bid goodbye to the little girl and once again, sat down infront of the empress inside the big carriage we're in.
