15. Tomorrow Night

Lisa was riding around the neighborhood as she felt the cold breeze pass by, she held her arms out as she petaled.

She smiles as the night breeze passes by, she felt free.

A Thursday hit like a wall, Lisa walks towards her locker and could hear commotion of JenKai. She silent listens to others speak about the homecoming dance coming up, her original plan was to ask out Jennie. But it seems like that went south.

Lisa shuts her locker as she could see Jennie and Chaeyoung walk to her, she held her books tightly to her chest as she hears Chaeyoung call out her name.

"Lisa!" Chaeyoung's face lit up, while Lisa died inside.

"Hey guys." Lisa smiles nervously.

"Are you going to homecoming dance?" Chaeyoung asks her.

"Uh-"

"What about you Jennie?" Chaeyoung asks as Jennie looked at her.

"Probably, Lisa?"

"Yeah!" Lisa says too quickly, "I'm actually going to ask someone out!" Dear God Lisa-

"WHAT?!" Chaeyoung screeched happily,

"Oh, who?" Jennie asks.

"It's a secret!" Lisa smiles towards her, Jennie avoided her eyes as Chaeyoung was trying to figure out who.

"Who is it?!" Chaeyoung begged to know.

"Secret!" Lisa defends, "you just have to wait!"

"Ahh! I'm so excited!" Chaeyoung beams, "I'm also going to ask out someone!"

"Oh? Who is it?" Jennie and Lisa both asked at the same time.

"Jisoo..." Chaeyoung smiles sheepishly.

"Is there something going on between you two?"

"Yah! Nothing's going on!" Chaeyoung blushed, "I just think she would have fun too."

"I mean, Jisoo is an Introvert." Jennie reminds her.

"I think Jisoo will like it." Lisa encouraged, "Sometimes we have to take risks."

"Right Jennie?" Lisa looks over at her.

"Right."

"Yeah, you guys are right!" Chaeyoung says happily.

The bell rung causing them to stand still while everyone was going to class.

"I hope it goes well for you and the person, Lisa!" Chaeyoung waves a bye to go to her class.

"Yeah, good luck!" Jennie says before leaving.

"Yeah... Hopefully she says yes."

"You're the most stupidest person I ever met."

"What do I do?!" Lisa flips down on the girls bed, "I'm an idiot! I don't like anyone else!"

"Maybe just ask someone random?" Jisoo suggested.

"Unnie, I'm fucked. Kai is going to ask Jennie and I'm going to be alone!"

"I could go with you?"

"No thanks, Unnie, I have to figure this out myself." Lisa sighs, "I just have to use someone."

"Lisa..."

"I got it!" Lisa snapped her fingers, "I know just the right person to help me!"

"And who's that?"

"Remember my other side chick of a friend?"

"Your other best friend?"

"Correct, well, she doesn't go to this school and what's even better is her girlfriend is in college!" Lisa smiles, "Jennie would never know!"

"Lisa, I don't know about this."

"Me and her girlfriend are pretty close, so if I ask her then maybe I could make Jennie-"

"Are you just trying to show off to Jennie?"

"Yeah, Kai always shows her off. Why can't I? Damn it! I wanted to that with her!" Lisa looks at her in the eye, "it's not fair."

"But you never confessed to her." Jisoo reminds, "it's unfair to you only."

"I just really wanted it to be me."

"My sexy girl~" Lisa currently sat on her bike, while her phone was pressed against her ear.

"Hey Manobal, what can I do for ya?"

"I'm a bit lonely and need a date for a dance."

"Is Seulgi alright with this?"

"Yeah, you know your girlfriend loves me."

"Anyways, why am I going to be your side?"

"There's this girl I like and... I was just too late and stupid."

"Sounds like you, fine, I'll go."

"Thank you so much Irene, oh! And don't forget my snacks!"

"I'll bring them, just make sure you dress to impress me."

"Thanks Rene!" Lisa ends the call, she sat on her bike releases a breathe she held in.

"One thing down, five more to go."
