After bandaging my wound , the doctor took me to Kendall's room. I walked in and she was just alseep and she just looked peaceful.

Doc: please don't wake her up...

I nodded

I walked to my brother who was standing by the window looking outside.

Me: is she okay??

Codah: she's fine but she's traumatized..

Me: and i know it's all my fault...

Codah: it's more than your fault Cody (shouting)!!!!

I know you're wondering why it's more than my fault. Well before all this happened , i did something to Crugo which he didn't love then that's when he decided to attack us.

Me : I know I'm stupid and all that but I've realised and accepted my mistake now i want my Kendall in my arms, I'm tired of seeing her suffer like this...

Codah: (clenching his jaws).... I don't think she'll even forgive you

He looked at me for a while then left.

I punched the wall and groaned in frustration....Fuck!!

i opened my eyes slowly and they landed on Cody who had popped out veins all over his face .....when he noticed me looking at him, he tried calming himself down but he failed....

Him: Kendall....

He came close to me and knelt down besides my bed and held my hand then rested his head on it...

Me: Cody..(breaking voice)

I sat up then he hugged me. He broke out then sat next to me on the bed

Me:(crying)...why didn't you save me...

Him: I'm so sorry babe, i tried but .....

I cut him short when I noticed a bandage on his shoulder.

Me: are you okay???...what happened to you...

Him: I'm fine... it's just a flesh wound

Me: what happened Cody??

Him: i got shot but I'm fine...

I was a bit shocked but i know he's okay.

Him: look babe.... I'm sorry i couldn't save you, i really blame myself for all of this... I'm also sorry for not being the best boyfriend lately...

Me: I'm still mad at you about that...

we broke out after some time and our eyes just locked. Okay I've never noticed how unique his ocean eyes are....they glow and have neat lines in them....
