I awoke screaming, Leo was staring at me with a tired expression. How many times have I been tormented by these nightmares? I don't remember sleeping well since I got here. With a sigh, Leo climbs in bed and presses my head in his chest.
"Another nightmare, hm?"
He pets me weakly.
I nod and dig my nails into the demons body, absorbing his warmth.
"God is trying to kill us! It won't stop torturing me!"
I stare at Leo, wide eyed, pleading with him desperately. He looks at me with an annoyed expression suddenly, my heart races in shock at his response.
"What are you even talking about?"
He rolls his eyes.
"God purposely makes no contact with us for a reason, he takes care of his front while we do ours."
"What?!"
I push him away and shake my head.
"God has been the one showing me things in my dreams, telling me things in mirrors, even showing itself to m-"
Leo cuts me off.
"Oh really, what does God look like then?"
I struggle to remember a face, God never had any defining features to me, it was always just sort of there.
"What did its voice sound like?"
Leo whispered in my ear. I dig my nails into my head, struggling to remember.
"When are you going to stop acting like this Refi?"
I snap out of my frustration to see pure agony in Leo's eyes.
"What?"
I was in shock, why was Leo acting so strangely all of a sudden? Why doesn't he believe me?
"I thought maybe, seeing the mirrors would help you understand... but you keep falling back into it...."
Leo mumbled quietly to himself, his eyes glimmering with tears of frustration.
"I just don't know what to do, I don't know how to save you anymore!"
He grabbed my shoulders.
"Snap out of it Refi!"
He was in a frenzy of panic. My eyes narrow in confusion.
"What on Elysium are you talking about?"
I suddenly was overcome with terror and for some reason dreaded Leo's response.
"Have you ever considered that you're the one who's doing this to yourself?"
He stared at me with a strange look of loathing, his eyes red now, showing no mercy. I was no longer interested in what he had to say.
"You already knew didn't you?"
He says, peering into my eyes. I got out of bed and made my way towards the door.
"I just want to help you, so would you stop playing this game?"
I felt my head twist around at an 180 degree angle, glaring at Leo, my hair rose around me like medusa. The bedroom exploded into millions of pieces, crushing Leo's body. I'm overcome with insane laughter, shaking my whole body. I simply can't control it.

bits and pieces begun falling from all
above me, a chunk of the ceiling hits me
And I fall over, clutching my head in agony.
Eh? What happened? I stare at the rubble that consumed Leo's body, smiling gently at it.
"I haven't any idea what you're talking about my love."
I couldn't get this itching out my head, this pulsating fear kept grabbing into my heart. What was I feeling so horrible about? I couldn't remember. I dragged myself out from the floor, covered in blood and glass. What happened to me? I sniffle and wipe blood off my face, walking over to the bathroom to clean myself up. I stare into my reflection listening to the hot water flowing from the sink. The water quickly went from clear to crimson within just touching my skin. The water was steaming but I couldn't feel it as it was burning me. A strange grin stretched across my face, my red eyes glistening. I felt a giggle rise in my throat and I was laughing. The water began to melt off the flesh on my arm and I looked down at it with an annoyed expression. I stared at the rotting muscle and flesh for a moment before watching it regenerate again. Wow, I really hated myself. The bathroom mirror cracked and I could no longer see my reflection. My body seemed to go on autopilot suddenly, and I was wandering around the mansion.
"Where are you going?"
Leo's voice was behind me as I placed my hand on the basement doorknob.
"I feel like something is down here."
I don't turn around, remembering my nightmare from the night before. Something had to be down there. He grabs my hand in order to stop me, but after a second he drops it in defeat. I stare blankly at the door, smiling again, I place my hand on my face, itch itch itch itch, why was my head so itchy? Panting now, I make my way down the basement steps and smell something putrid. I wrinkle my nose and continue down cautiously each step creaking when I stepped on it. I felt Leo's gaze on my back from the top of the stairs, and already I knew that I didn't want to see anymore. I shook my head.
"It's okay, I don't need to know."
I turn around to see that Leo had slammed the door shut in my face.
"What are you doing?"
I bang on the door, trying to get out.
"Maybe now you'll stop playing this game, maybe now you'll get better."
His voice was hoarse. No, I want to get out! LET ME OUT! The itch in my head began to feel like someone was banging my skull against concrete and I fell to my knees screaming.
"LET ME GO LEO! I NEED TO GET OUT!"
I was in hysterics and my fists began pounding with all their might against the door. It wouldn't budge, as he had enchanted it. With no other choice I looked behind me and stared at the darkness below me in horror. Why was I so afraid of what I'd find there? Why did I feel so guilty?
"I'll let you go if you see what's down there."
His voice held promise within it, and so I trusted him. I slowly make my way down again. Creak, Creak, Creak. The basement floor was wet, but I couldn't make sense of it in the darkness, all I know is that the putrid smell grew stronger and I had to prevent myself from gagging. it was near impossible to see, so I lit a flame in the palm of my hand to have some light. The flame danced in my palm and gracefully floated up to the ceiling. The entire basement was now engulfed in light, and upon looking down at my feet I realized that the floor was caked with blood. I slowly run my eyes to the middle of the room, seeing pairs of limbs strewn across the room. There was a multitude of corpses piling upon each other, reaching almost to the ceiling. I jump back in horror as I start to recognize their faces. Lucius and Sal were all lying here. But there were more copies of them, different corpses of them lying on top of each other, all damaged in different ways. How could this be possible? I was shaking, it's impossible right? It's not my fault I just wanted to be together just all five of us together forever, I didn't do anything wrong, I just made some mistakes, I just wanted us to be a happy family. Their bodies were rotting, flies eating away at them. I felt myself crying
"No! This isn't the happiness I wished for! I can fix it... I can fix it!" endless oceans of tears escaped my eyes.
"No, I won't let you do this anymore."
