Florence POV
Tuesday Late Night.
I waited a few minutes before heading in the direction my grandparents walked.
I turned to head down the hall and could've sworn I saw someone walking towards me that was familiar.
I smiled when I realized who was walking towards my gate.
"ANASTASIA?!", I yell very excitedly. Probably a little too excitedly and she smiles.
"FLORENCE?!", she yells back with the same enthusiasm making me smile.
I quickly make my way over to where she stopped and she immediately pulls me in for a hug. I gently smacked her arm away.
"Why didn't you tell me you were coming home today?", I ask her as she rubs her arm and laughs at me.
"Wow, it's good to see you too", she tells me before pretending to go to walk away and I laugh a little.
I put my bags down, grab her arm and pull her back to face me. I watch as she quickly looks around.
Most likely to make sure that no ones looking over at us, or recognizes either of us.
She looks back at me with a soft smile on her face. I take that as a sign that no one really cares or realizes that it's us.
Or are just ignoring us, thinking that we're just some long distance couple reuniting again.
The flight was also more so filled with people in their late 30s and not filled with people younger than the two of us.
She wraps her arms around my waist and pulls me as close as possible to her. I laugh a little as I wrap my arms around her neck.
Gently playing with the baby hairs on the nape of her neck. I watch as she smiles a little.
"Hi", I whisper to her making her smile a little more.
"Hi", she whispers back making me smile back widely.
"I wasn't planning on flying tonight, but I was bored and lonely. So I'm sorry that I didn't tell you. I kind of wanted it to be a surprise and didn't realize you were coming home tonight as well until Raf told me to come to this gate", she says making me laugh a little at the honesty.
"It's fine and you can just say you missed me, there's no need to lie", I tell her and she smiles.
"Of course I missed you, it's way too quiet without you or Aurora in the house", she says making me blush a little.
I smile at her before deciding fuck it. I pull her head down and kiss her softly, she kisses me back before we slowly break apart. I slightly pout which she realized causing her to quietly laugh at me.
"As much as I'd love to continue kissing you at the airport... everyone is waiting for us outside at the car and I have a feeling they'd come in to drag us out", she says and I smile.
She grabs my suitcase and hands me my purse which I gladly I grab.
I quickly interlock our hands before we walk towards the main door. I was swinging our hands back and forth as we walked. I've missed just being present with her.
I don't mind the PDA or anything as there's never really paparazzi unless someone extremely famous flew in.
As we walk towards the main entrance, I don't see my siblings. Which I was grateful for, because that means they haven't decided to make a search party for us.
She leads me towards the parking lot doors before we walk out.
We walked along the sidewalk to over where I assume they parked. We walked to the airport garage bay and that's when I saw my two sisters and my idiot brother standing there talking.
