Aurora POV

"Okay class, so since the end of the day is near and so is the long awaited weekend. I figured we'd all just spend the rest of the day doing any outstanding homework or assignments. If you have everything done then you can just read, or hang out at the computers. But please do not lie and say you have everything done just to have fun.", my teacher says as she stood in front of the class.

I had an assignment to do, but I also have been working on it at home as I decided to base my assignment off of Italy. I had been having Auntie Steffie help me with it, it's a geography assignment.

Everyone got the choice between which country they chose, most of the class chose the easier countries. But I wanted to do Italy as that's where my mums are currently.

I raised my hand to indicate that I had a question before Miss Baxter called my name, "Yes Aurora".

"I have been working on my assignment at my Auntie's house, as I have been basing it off of Italy and my one Auntie is Italian. I don't have it with me, so could I just read or do some research on my assignment?", I ask and she nodded softly as she looked at everyone else.

I opened my backpack and took out one of my notebooks before grabbing a pencil. I walked over to the back of the room towards one of the far off computers. I turned it on and let it turn on as I opened my notebook.

I wrote on the top of the paper, "Things to add to assignment or questions about things I found that I could add to assignment".

I heard my teacher clap her hands after an hour and a half. I closed down the computer before grabbing my belongings knowing she did that to indicate that it's time to pack up.

I walked back to my desk before I slipped my things in and packed up my desk of clutter. I zipped my bag closed before waiting for everyone else to finish up. I waited patiently as the rest of my class got their things put together before we all stood up to follow our teacher.

I was in the front of the line as I was so excited to go with Auntie Lizzie to her doctors appointment. I was so excited to hear my little cousin's heartbeats and then brag to mommy so that she would bring me to hear my little siblings'.

I followed Miss Baxter down the hall before we got to the front door. She saw the line up of cars along with parents waiting outside as she said, "Okay if you see your parent, your Auntie or whoever picks you up you can head to them".

She opened the door and I saw Auntie's Prius immediately as I looked at Miss Baxter, "My Auntie is here, bye Miss Baxter".

"Bye Aurora, have a good rest of your day", she yells as I ran straight to Auntie Lizzie's Prius.

I opened the door before getting inside making Auntie Lizzie look at me as I appeared to have been in a rush. I was, I wanted to get out of here as soon as possible. I looked forward everyday to getting home whether it was home home or Auntie's home.

"Ready to head out?", she asks as I buckled myself in before I nodded.

I watched out the window as she pulled away. Auntie Lizzie began to play music as she drove, but I didn't care, I was pumping with excitement. I was too excited to even care that she was playing songs that I usually sing along to immediately.

I was sitting in the little doctors room with Auntie Lizzie, she didn't want me sitting in the waiting room as people are creepy. So I was sitting in here as she was weighed, checked on and everything. I turned away as the doctor did a specific check up as I didn't want to be looking.
