Anastasia POV

Thursday Late Afternoon.

Last night, I sent my daughter over to Scarlett's for the night. Scar asked when I dropped her off, if it was okay for her to go with Rose to her dad's place tonight, I said it was fine.

You see my daughter Aurora and Scarlett's daughter Rose practically grew up together because they were always on set together and began hanging out together off set often since Scarlett lives around the corner.

They are both have been inseparable since the first day they met, it makes me happy though that she has a friend like Rose.

But with our trip back to England, coming up in less than a week to go see and spend time with my family.

I decided to let her go and have some fun. Since I know that she'll miss Rose while we're away. Also because she won't see her immediately when we get back since they'll be in New York.

I had been sitting in my recording room at my house since I woke up this morning. I was going through all the music sheets that a good friend of mine had asked to go over and sent to me over email.

I had already printed them off in my home office yesterday after I dropped Aurora off at Scar's, but decided to look over them this morning. I was playing the melody on my piano, mainly just trying to make sure it flows perfectly.

I was playing the song when I heard a loud, pounding knock on my front door.

"Weird, I wasn't expecting anyone", I think to myself as I head down the stairs to go and answer whoever is at my front door. I reached the bottom of the stairs and walked over towards the door.

I looked out the small bit of the window and saw my idiot best friend standing there. I haven't seen him in a little while due to him being busy constantly with his own music and career.

I quickly open the door to see him standing there smiling like the idiot he is. "SEBASTIAN!!!", I quietly yelled as I hugged him as tightly as possible, before letting him go and stepping back.

I look at him with a surprised expression, since it's very rare that he comes to Los Angeles without mentioning that he is coming to town. "When? Why? How? What?!", I ask him as I hit his arm, not aggressively.

"Stasi, I landed a few hours ago actually. I came to visit, I obviously flew on a magic carpet and uh do I seriously need a reason? Because if so it's because I missed my goddaughter. And I guess, I missed you but like not really", he says back rolling his eyes at me.

I laugh and we hug again, "It's nice to see you Lobster", I say and he laughs.

"You as well Stasi. So anyways where is my little goddaughter at? Normally she is more excited to see me", he asks as he walks in.

"Oh Rory is over at Rose's dad's house for the night. It was Romain's night but Rose refused to go because Rory and I leave in a week. So I said it was fine if Romain was fine with it.", I tell him and he pouts.

"So anyways, where are you staying?", I ask because well my guest room is a shit show and it would definitely take me hours to declutter. Also because Aurora's bed is definitely way too small for him to sleep in and I would feel bad making him crash on the couch.

"Oh I'm staying at a hotel because apparently my sister now lives with her boyfriend and stupidly got rid of her apartment", he says and I look at him with a slightly confused look. "Which sister lives here in Los Angeles?", I ask him confused.

"Florence? You remember Flossie?", he says looking at me like I'm stupid and like I should know this. I just nod because I didn't know.

"Oh I just didn't know she was actually living here in Los Angeles honestly", I say slightly confused on how I have never run into her if she does live here.
