Aurora POV

Fields of colourful flowers surrounded me, I was sitting in such a beautiful meadow. Mommy, Mama, my baby brother and my baby sister were all sitting with me on the big blanket.

Billie was chasing butterflies just ahead of us, I was more so lost in the moment of this amazing view. I took so many mental photos of this gorgeous place that we had randomly come across.

I could feel the grass between my toes, the gentle wind swirling around me and the sunshine beating down from the crystal clear sky.

I went to turn around to look at my mums and siblings...

"Aurora, it's time to wake up.", I hear someone telling me as a bright light flashed in the room.

My dream now fading away as I slowly felt my body waking up. I peeked my eyes open to see my Auntie Steffie looking at me with a soft smile.

"Good morning", she says with a soft chuckle and I smiled sleepily as I slowly sat up.

"Very good dream", I tell her and she smiled as I looked at my uniform all ready sorted out.

"We're running a little behind this morning, so we'll stop at a coffee shop for breakfast", she tells me and I nodded as she went to leave the room.

"Auntie Lizzie is still sleeping so be quiet, she had a hard time falling asleep", she tells me and I stretched as she shut the door.

I got off the bed before walking to the door to go brush my hair and teeth after putting my uniform on. I opened my door and stepped into the hall quietly. I snuck into the bathroom and decided to brush my teeth first.

I hummed a song to myself as I brushed my teeth before I spat and put everything away. I grabbed my hair brush and a hair tie before I saw Auntie Steffie in the hall.

"auntie steffie", I whisper out and she looked at me before she noticed the brush.

"bun, braid or just up?", she whispers as she walked into the bathroom.

"just up in a pony tail is fine", I whisper and she opened the drawer to grab another tie.

She gently brushed my hair into two sections before tossing one into a space bun and doing the same on the other. I looked at myself in the mirror with a huge goofy smile as I had never done this.

We've switched up my hair style everyday for the past month, and I really like today's style.

Auntie Steffie and I stopped at Starbucks on the way to school, I had just gotten a brownie as it's one of my favourite things to get there. I didn't need a drink, well I couldn't bring it into school anyways.

So I ate my brownie as music blasted, the second I took my last bite the beginning of Daylight by Harry Styles began playing and obviously I had to sing along which made Auntie Steffie laugh.

I'm on the roof, you're in your airplane seat
I was nose-bleeding, looking for life out there
Reading your horoscope, you were just doing cocaine
In my kitchen, you never listen, I hope you're missing me by now

I obviously had to keep singing along to the song, because it's kind of illegal not to. So I kept singing and dancing which was helping me wake up more for school.

I knew that my mornings of this would be over soon, well mama and mommy let me blast music in the car. But the mornings of hanging out with my Auntie. I have truly loved getting to spend one on one time with Auntie Stefffie.
