me and amitola
were cuddling close to eachother
snuggling through the covers
and smuggling the popcorn
watching a romance movie
that was so stupid we laughed
at every single kiss."Since the movie is over.. Can you tell me what happened last night?" She turned to me.
"Amitola, why do you want to know so bad?" I frowned.
"Is it so horrible to care for my girlfriend..?" Her smile faded, scooting closer to me.
"No.. I guess I'll tell you.." I smiled, "Okay so.. My dad doesn't want to visit me,"
"Huh..?" She tilted her head.
"My dad was writing letters to my mom about things that would probably hurt me.. so she was about to burn them, but I saw one of them and read it.. Even though my mom tried to protect me.." I sighed.
"What did your dad write..?" She questioned softly, putting her hand over mine.
"That.. he was never happy in the family, how he was never happy with me.." I sniffled, choking over my words, "He wanted me to look more like him.. not like the other side of his family.. or my mom's family.."
"He doesn't get to do that to you, Alice.." She put her hand on my cheek, "Don't ever change who you are, you are perfect Alice Cao,"
"And you are more than perfect.." I smiled pulling her in to hug her.
"Let's go have lunch.." She pulled away softly, wiping my tears.
