Chapter Fourteen: 'Lovebug'

Shan's POV:

I didn't know that Marvin's mother was a friend of my parents.

That I would be ashamed because of the scene they saw and it was like I was in the investigation room.

They also invite me to their house if I'm not busy.

I know that Marvin inherited his beauty from his parents.

Later, his parents also said goodbye.

After Marvin's parents left, I lost my nervousness.

"Marvin are you okay?" I asked and he answered that he is okay, he is more worried about his family and the people close to him that his stalker might hurt.

"I'm sure he's the one responsible for why my apartment where Jay lives burned down," said Marvin.

I took Marvin to his condo and said I would pick him up tomorrow.

The next day, I found out that Jay and his girlfriend will be renting a room.

Marvin's friend has also arrived to fix Ice's garden.

I also brought Marvin to his restaurant.

I was already in the studio when Ice's younger sister Hannah called.

He was at the club and he wanted me to join him so I went with him.

She is dancing by herself at a club while I sit at the bar by myself. She goes over to me and starts displaying her cute face until I finally crack a smile and take a picture of her with my phone. She is happy about how it turned out and tells me never to take pictures of other people except for models. She then asks me who Marvin is and she has many more questions about Marvin

I ignore her question and tell her to take her picture out of my room or throw it away. She refuses and says I'm her soulmate because I was the first non-family member she saw.

She tries to lean in for a kiss, but I block her with his hand, not that that will discourage her.

I get back to the cafe and see the others playing a drinking game where two people have to pick between two words, typically used to test a couple's compatibility.

If they say different words, they have to drink. I have no interest in joining them, but stop when I hear it's Ice and Marvin's turn.

I decide to join in from where I am standing and whisper my answers at the same time as the other two.

Ice guesses the wrong answer every time, but I am excited that I match Marvin's.

Jay is reluctant to give Marvin his "punishment" because he seems to be enjoying it too much but eventually hands it to him.

Before he can drink it though, I grab the glass out of his hand and take it for him.

I tell him to stop drinking and run back to my room

I can't sleep and am reading on his couch. There is no real and I bring out a blanket to cover him, who is now awake and pulls me down to sit next to him.

he's still drunk and he said that at first he didn't like me but now he's thankful because I became his friend.

Marvin is even playfully cute side. I decided to take advantage of this opportunity and kiss him quickly on the lips.

I pretend as if nothing happened, but Marvin gets angry at him for a short kiss. Marvin then closes his eyes and makes it like he's going in for another one Marvin is all prepared for it, but he passes out midway.

The next day, Marvin wasn't in my room anymore and he just left a note that he was going to a restaurant, he didn't wake me up.

I'm giggling like a schoolgirl by myself in my room as I think about what happened.

I called him and he took a long time to answer.

I said he should have woken me up so I could take him to the restaurant.

"Jay and I went together," Marvin said and said goodbye to me because he had something else to do.

I'm at a photo shoot and Sir Roy introduces me to someone interested in working with me.

I was busy with my photo shoot and after the photo shoot, I called Marvin and said that we will have dinner at seven pm. I said where we would meet. "Okay," said Marvin.

I went back to the cafe and caught up with Ice's gardener. I asked the gardener what is the symbol of the confession of your feelings for someone in the flower apart from the red rose. a bouquet of red chrysanthemums. "pure love"

I will confess to Marvin. He also told me that Gerbera Daisies and also a bouquet of red Gerbera Daisies represent love and desire in a relationship.

Everything is planned, only Ice's younger sister is destructive.

I don't like her and I only think of him as a younger sister, so she feels like I'm her boyfriend, that's why I don't have a long-term girlfriend and I can't enjoy myself because of her.

The first time I got serious, I looked like I was going to be ruined because of her.

She was hysterical when I said that I like someone and it was not a girl but a boy.

Ice has Fireman carry her so that she can meet me and I can also go on my date. Because she thought the flowers I bought were his, I told her they were not hers.

It's good that I'm not late for my date with Marvin.

I saw him wearing a Dark Sea Blue Shirt, Indigo Denim, and Black Dress Shoes.

He was even surprised by the number of flowers I brought. And asked who I should confess to.

"For you," I said and gave her the flower.

He looked around and thought I was pranking him, with his friends, but when he thought I was serious, he said we should eat first.

We ordered food and after eating he asked me if I was serious and my answer was yes.

"I don't want trouble," Marvin said to me and I was confused by what he said.

"You already have a girlfriend," Marvin told me.

"I don't have a girlfriend," I said and he didn't like what I said.

I realized that Hannah said she was my girlfriend.

"She's not my girlfriend, you want proof," I called Ice and talked to Marvin.

"What makes you believe that she is not my girlfriend," I said and he just nodded.

"Marvin, I admit that I used to be a jerk but I changed because of you, now I'm serious because of you," I said to Marvin.
