Chapter Twenty-Five: Fix You

(3rd POV)

Marvin's parents are at the vacation house.

Mookda and Singto went to see Heart.

"How are you?" asked Mookda.

"We're fine," said Heart.

"Good then," Heart just smiled. Later, Shan came and brought fruits for Marvin's parents, he was surprised to see his parents.

"Dad, Mom," he called to his parents.

Shan said that his photoshoot was close to Marvin's parents' vacation house so he just took a short break and will be back for the photo shoot.

"Next week we can visit my son," said Heart which made Shan happy.

Meanwhile, Marvin's knees buckle under him, still trying to get out because a man is chasing him.

His caregiver isn't far behind and rushes over to embrace him, who keeps insisting that he's fine but they have to do something about the man who killed him. Marvin continues sobbing in his arms, scared by how he keeps pointing to someone that isn't there.

While Marvin is tied down with restraints afterward and his imaginary moves jerkily in a jail cell, the doctor enlightens them with how Marvin's ALS symptoms are psychosomatic. Marvin undergoes a round of electroconvulsive therapy while his caregiver stays with him.

As Marvin lies in bed, stupefied, a healthy-looking man tries to kill him by his bedside.

The doctor summarizes how Marvin's altered perception of reality has led him to believe that Gulf's death was the only way to absolve him of free feeling toward him.

The next day, The brother of Gulf rushes back to his home and finds people in his house as part of an inspection. He goes to his Chief to get some answers and is told that the higher-ups want him to resign from his position. Gee, Meanwhile, Tina is walking around when she receives a text from her friend telling her that Shan's down in his studio. He's interviewing models and pulls one of them down into his lap as soon as he sees Tina standing there looking at him. After he dismisses them, he walks over to Tina and asks her why she's being like other girls and constantly pestering him. She couldn't just accept it. Shan coldly tells her that she was just annoying, and then walks away without even a glance back.

Tina still can't accept this and follows him up. She asks him to say again why he is not the only one to love, why Marvin, but he refuses. Shan sees that Tina's friend has followed them up and orders him to leave, but she takes Tina's side and refuses. She follows Shan as he walks out into the garden, and he tells her. he has to feel uncomfortable. Tina thought about what Shan said. If Shan's uncomfortable with her being there, he should be the one to move out. She then realizes that that's exactly what he did and calls him a coward before storming back to her room.

Punpun is confused as to why Shan's acting like he is, something that is noticed by Tina who has just walked in. Punpun goes out to talk to Shan. However Shan says nothing either and he follows him inside. As Shan goes inside, he sees Tina on the stairs crying but goes back to the studio.

At the resort, after Natalia leaves her room for the last time, she comes face to face with Gulf's mother. She tells her that she thought she'd go crazy if she didn't have Natalia see shatter because of what she did to her son Gulf. Natalia must not be completely in her right mind either and she said that she is like that too she also said that she failed to be Gulf's mother so her son was born.

Back at his clinic, Ice is talking about the situation he's in with one of his patients. Jay comes in after he's done and asks him what kind of doctor consults his patient. Ice sees no reason for it since they've been friends for a long time. Jay points out this is why he doesn't make any money, but Ice says that the cafe's the money maker; this doctor's business is just a fun side job.
While he was talking with Jay, Ice noticed that his new guard was working out in the sun and brought her a hat, saying that this will keep her from getting freckles. She smiles at him and tells her the plan for the garden.

The next day, at the Psychiatric Hospital, the patients sit through music therapy, and afterward, Director Oh takes Marvin out to chat, expressing interest in Tina's class.

Marvin says that Tina is just fooling everyone with an angel's face when there's a demon inside. Director Oh thinks that it is good and bad for everyone, but Marvin snaps that the man was a monster and that he killed someone. In turn, he admits, he killed him... or at least, he thought he did.

Marvin has his breakdown in the hospital lounge, announcing to everyone that Tina is trying to kill him.

Marvin's family and Shan arrived just in time. They saw it happening.

The hospital staff got Marvin sedated and left him to rest in the isolation room. Director Oh and Nurse came out to his family and Shan waiting outside, and they urged them to go out and get some fresh air. So Marvin walks out, completely numb, with Tina following close behind.

What Marvin said was true but they didn't believe it because Marvin's mind was not clear.

Tina intended to kill Marvin and now she postponed it because Marvin and Shan's family is here.
