Chapter Twenty-Three: It's Okay to Not Be Okay

3rd POV:

Marvin is freezing in bed, and he jerks awake and finds himself staring at a floating figure right above him. "Hello My Lovely Princess," the man says, "I tell you that you can never escape from me and we will be together forever." Marvin is frozen in place, tears pricking his eyes, as the man comes closer and closer, soon lying right next to him.

"I will kill the one who hinders our love. Princess I will not let you go to him because you are only mine." The man caresses Marvin's face. "Nothing can stop our love because you are mine, all you have to do is follow everything I tell you. So Princess, don't try to run away. I love you, Princess." Marvin then sees the man creepy smile at him and he is holding a hummer and starts hitting his body.

Marvin jerks awake for real this time, shaken by his dream. he starts to sob when he hears a different voice behind him when he looked, the man called her dear

Meanwhile, Gulf tries to escape from Natalia and gets shot and killed. Natalia orders Gulf to be killed while keeping a close eye on him using the CCTVs. Gulf stands in the middle of the playground, screaming at the guards to shoot him in the neck.

"I changed my mind, so you can't die yet, your suffering isn't over," he untied her and treated her leg wound.

Shan orders Gulf's tongue to be cut out before he leaves so Gulf can't speak much.

Time and time again, Gulf feels like he is in hell and even if he wants to ask for help, no one will help him.

They took him to a room with no window and no light and just left him there.

In the office, Natalia and her friend who is a mob boss are there.

"Natalia, how is Nong'Marvin?" he drank some coffee before he spoke.

"The nurse who watches over him said that sometimes he's okay to talk to but more often than not," Natalia said sullenly.

Later they heard a scream and they looked at the CCTV and it was Gulf. Even if he speaks in a mumble, they understand what Gulf is saying. To let him go.
"Before I release him and return him to prison, I will make his life miserable and the same for his family. They still want to harass us and threaten us. Their son is to blame for why Nong'Marvin is crazy." Natalia said angrily.

"You and Nong'Shan are the same, that's what he told me. Do you know he also asked me how much the organ donor is? Because he allows me to take Gulf's internal organs like the liver or I can donate Gulf's body to the hospital Gulf for medical students to study." Natalia just laughed at what her friend said.

"Do what he says, we can make it appear that he died in jail and his parents were killed in an accident," said Natalia as they watched Gulf.

At the hospital, Marvin is stripping down in his room, showing off to the camera, and good lord, the bar covering him up. He gets well-acquainted with his nurse, revealing what got him in trouble this time spending 100 million baht at a nightclub and running off into the street, naked.

In Marvin's memory of being chased out of the nightclub, he was running around the hospital, reenacting it all. the nurse was following and watching with a sweet smile as Marvin announced to the patients that the drinks were on him.

Marvin then headed into the gym, onto the treadmill, to run away. He eventually jumped down, the excitement draining from his face, as he concluded that he ended up back here, in the hospital. Marvin's spirit diminishes so quickly, his nurse's face fell as well.

At the condo unit, Jay is commenting on how unfair it is that he is kicking him out like this. he tries to tell Shan to fight it, but he has no desire to, knowing who's behind this. Jay then offers to let Shan stay at his place for now, but Shan politely refuses since Jay is a newlywed.

If he had only known that Gulf's parents owned the condo he was living in, he would not have stayed there and would not have let Marvin come to his condo.

He doesn't even want to go to his studio because he doesn't want to see Tina.

Even if he wants to visit Marvin, it is not possible yet, it will be six months before they can visit Marvin.

Every day he calls to see how Marvin is doing.

After Shan leaves his condo for the last time, he comes face to face with Gulf's mother. She tells him that she thought she'd go crazy if she didn't have Shan kicked out, so she did.

"It's okay with me to have the mother of the criminal who ruined my boyfriend's life be my landlady," just as the elevator door opened.

It's good that he will move to a house opposite his older brother's house.

Later that night, Marvin sits in front of his mirror brushing his hair. A hand materializes, and he sees Gulf, brushing his hair for him, Gulf said. "You're mine," he continued. "I love you, my beautiful princess." Marvin was shouting. He broke the glass then he picked up the broken glass. Then he stabbed his pillow. Nurses came to stop him but he disappeared while shouting "I've killed you!" injection of sedation.

The next day Shan picks up Ashley from school and then takes him to an art supplies store so he can prepare for Ashley's school's mural.

"Thanks, P'Shan for coming with me," Ashley said to Shan.

"How was your schooling?" Shan asked Ashley.

"It's okay P'Shan, you got a high grade on my exam," Ashely said happily.

Later, Shan received a call from Natalia.

"Natalia, I've moved house, sorry I didn't tell you sooner," Shan said as he drove.

He also said that he was with Ashley.
