C H A P T E R # 2 0

"Where are we off to?" Adrianna asks as we hop into my car. "Are we going out to dinner type double date, or a concert type?" she asks with excitement in her eyes.

"Frozen Yogurt double date" I laugh as she pouts her face. "Hey it won't be bad"

"What kind of double date is a Frozen Yogurt Shop, especially since it's your first date with him. Well first real date" she complains

"It means something to him, I guess. It was the first place we hung out"

"You mean the first place y'all made out" she laughed at her own joke while I rolled my eyes. "What's your relationship status with him anyway. I know you're in a fake relationship with him, but since y'all admitted actual feelings has anything changed?" I thought about the question

"To be honest we never really made that official or he hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend er... his real girlfriend" I wonder what they call people like Trevor and I. Friends with feelings for each other? "How are things with you and Dylan"

"Good, I guess nothing new has happened between us" I shrugged

We arrive at the Frozen Yogurt shop, and meet the guys there with their yogurt already. Adrianna and I get our own yogurt and join the guys.

We sit there making small talk and eating our yogurt. Then Dylan asks if he can talk to Adrianna outside. I'm pretty sure they're going to go and make-out, he's been eyeing her the whole time. I scooched closer to Trevor, and he puts his arm around me.

"I wanna thank you for listening to my problems the other day at the hillside"

"It's no problem, what are friends for?" I smile "I wanna to thank you for just being there, even if it was just coincidently"

"Your welcome chica" I laugh "So I wanna ask you something?" he looks down at me

"And what is that?" I look right back up at him

"Would you like-"

"Hey Miss, I wondering if you could take this picture of my family and I?" said the man sitting next me

"Of course" the man handed me his phone and I smiled at the family as I snapped the picture. "Here you go" I said handing the man his phone back

"Thank you!"

"No problem, sir" I replied. I returned to my sit next to Trevor "So you were saying" I smile at him

"Right, I was wondering if you'd want to-" Trevor was cut off by my phone ringing. I pick up my phone and check the caller ID. It was my dad.

"One second" I mouth to Trevor as I get up move to a quiet area.

"Hey Dad, what's wrong?" I ask

"Nothing I was just wondering what time you were coming home" I rolled my eyes

"In a couple hours. I thought I told you and mom before I left"

"I know, I was actually checking up on you. Are you okay?" he asked worriedly

"Dad, Trevor's a good guy. He wouldn't try anything with me"

"I'm just checking up on you"

"I know, and I appreciate it"

"Alright baby"

"Bye love you Dad" I said then hung up the phone. I put it in my pocket and walk back to the table. "I'm sorry, please continue with what you were saying"

"Okay, so I know you know how I feel about you and I was thinking if you'd-" he was cut off once again

"ZENDAYA!"
