C H A P T E R # 9

I felt tapping on my shoulder, I opened my eyes and saw Adrianna. I groaned at how early it is "Good morning" I yawned

"Good Morning"

"Why are waking me up so early?" I questioned

"It's 11 am"

"That's still early I was planing on sleeping in till 2 pm"

"Whatever Zendaya" she rolled her eyes

"So how are you holding up?" I asked

"Not too bad. I stopped thinking about it. It's not like he'll bring it up to me and talk about it. We're gonna go back to our non talking ways"

"Good for you" I said. I sat up and grabbed my phone. I looked at it and saw 10 missed calls from my mom "Shit" I sighed

"Forgot to tell your mom you were over here huh?" she said

"Yep"

"Don't worry I texted her last night while you were sleeping telling her that you slept over" she smiled

"You see this is why I love you" I said then pulling her into to a hug.

I got up from the bed, and walked into her shower. I undressed myself and then hopped in the shower. Once I was done I got out and wrapped a towel around me. I took her blow dryer and dried my hair. Then I walked over to the little drawer I have here and put on my sweats and T- shirt. I walked slowly down the stairs hearing Anna and James argue. (I knew they'd go back to normal) Once I was downstairs I decided to listen in on their argument.

"It's not my fault" James said

"Right because you kissing me isn't your fault" Anna said sarcastically

"You kissed me right back! It takes two to tango sister" he snapped

"I just don't understand why I kissed you back, I seriously hate you. Everything about you I hate" she stated

"Feelings mutual, hey we should just say it was in the moment and never speak of it again. Deal?" he said

"Deal"

I decided it was time for me to walk in.

"Hey guys" Adrianna put her hands on her hips and looked at me with that knowing look

"You were listening this whole time weren't you?" I nodded my head

"Well that's my cue to leave" James said, then walked out of the kitchen.

"So what's the plan for today?" I asked her as my phone rang.

I looked at the screen and it read 'Trevor'.

"Looks like you already have plans" She smirked. I rolled my eyes then answered the phone

"Hey Trev, what's up" I said

"Zenny babe, I wanted take you out to this restaurant I like going to" he said

"Okay, sure who's gonna be there from school that has an eye on us?" I asked

"Oh nobody, I just asked you because I've got nobody else to hang out with"

"What about Dylan?" I asked

"If Dylan was available I wouldn't be asking you besides he said that he was gonna ask some girl out today. So what do you say?"

"Sure why not. What's the restaurant called and I'll meet you there" I said

"Rob's Steakhouse"

"Okay meet you there bye" I hung up and looked over to Anna who was currently eating a bowl of cereal.
