The Makeover

C H A P T E R # 2

I walked into her house, and we went up into her room. I sat down on her neatly made bed, and she closed her door.

We just got right to work. "Ok Zendaya I'm gonna give some tips on confidence and to help you out with you tendency to get nervous and scared around people. I know you know what confidence is so here are just some tips " she said

"Don't let anyone bring you down, Stand up for yourself, Think positive, and since your going the bad girl look try to stay emotion less, so it'll look like nobody can get under your skin"

I took note of all the tips she was giving me, I could totally pull this off except for the part of being emotion less, thats the exaxt opposite of me. I'm very emotional.

"Lastly, Don't be afraid no one's gonna hurt you physically, it's mostly verbal. So when someone insults you always have a comeback. Not just any comeback, a good comeback. Otherwise you just look stupid" she said

"Got it, so what's next?'' I asked

"Wardrobe, that means we gotta go shopping, but before that what made you want to do the makeover so suddenly?, I was for sure it would take about a good two days before you 'think about it'" she asked

"Um.. Janessa came up to me and told me I had to do her homework again" I said quietly, I never told Adrianna I've been doing Janessa's homework.

"Why would that be why you wanna do a makeover- wait wait again? how long has this been going on?" She asked

"Yeah again, I've been doing her homework since the beginning of high school"

"Is that why you're always studying and doing homework, because you have double?" she said shocked

"Yep" I sighed

"Why are you telling me this just now, why didn't you tell me this when it first happened I could've helped you out"

"She said not to tell anybody or she'll make my life a living hell. You don't know how bad I wanted to tell you, but I was just too afraid of her to tell you"

"So why did you decide to tell me this now?" She asked dumbly

"Because that's the reason I decided to do the makeover" I said thinking she would get the rest of the story and my reason

"You're doing a makeover because you think this bad girl look will scare off Janessa. Honey it's gonna take a lot to scare her off" she said so serious it was sad

"No, I stood up for myself meaning I told her no I'm not gonna do her homework. This makeover has nothing to do with scaring her away. Ok Adrianna" I said very slowly

"You sound like an idiot" she laughed

"Well I have to sound like one or you won't understand me" I smiled

"Good comeback"

"Thanks"

"Ok then, Now it's time to go shopping!" she squealed excited. She loves to shop

I on the other hand not so much, I hate going shopping. All the that walking and finding clothes in a large area. I never really saw the point. So I just stuck to T- Shirts and sweatpants.

We hoped in my car, and turned on the engine. We were driving down to the mall.

"So what's the goal for today? What are we looking for?" I asked, because I'm pretty sure it's the end of the sweats and T - Shirts style.

"Leather Jackets, leather leggings, leather skirts, and leather sweats. Then some cute crop tops, and cute tops, Finally some cute shoes mostly boots since you've already got a bunch of Jordans" she answered
