Dark pulled up in front of your house and parked his car. You unbuckled and got out of the vehicle, and so did Dark.
You walked ahead of Dark as you were in a hurry to get your things. All you wanted was to get in and get out so you wouldn't be reminded that your house would be sitting empty for however long you were going to be gone. Maybe forever. At least you wouldn't have to pay your bills.
You walked up to the front door and got your keys out, and unlocked the front. You felt Dark watching you closely as you did it, but you ignored it. You walked in, and Dark followed behind you.
"I'll stay here and wait for you. Try to be quick, please." he told you, and you nodded in approval before racing up the stairs to your room.
You decided to grab your clothing and shoes first. You grabbed a few bags and shoved as much clothing for all kinds of weather that you could fit into the bags. You then grabbed another bag to shove some pairs of shoes into and then you ran to the bathroom.
You grabbed your makeup bag even though you didn't wear the makeup you owned often. Then you grabbed your brush and all the other hair necessities that you knew you would need for your hair. You then grabbed all of your toiletries and shoved them in a separate bag. Man, you had a lot of bags to use up.
You quickly looked around and made sure you had everything you would need.
Wait! you thought, running into your room and frantically looked around until you found them.
How could you forget? You grabbed your laptop and it's charger along with your phone's charger that was beside them. You couldn't possibly live without your laptop, so you were glad you remembered it.
You knew you had everything now, so you gathered up all your bags and walked back down the stairs to meet Dark by the front door. As soon as his pitch black eyes landed on you, they widened.
"How the fuck do you have that much stuff to bring?" he asked, obviously astonished by how much stuff you had with you. You just smiled.
"Well, if I'm staying with you forever, then I basically need all the stuff I use everyday." you said smartly, then looked over the bags you had in your arms.
"Here, take these bags and carry them. I can't carry everything myself." you giggled and you shoved two of your bags into his chest. He rolled his eyes but took them anyway.
The two of you then walked back out the front door, and you turned around so you could lock your house back up.
"Okay, I think we're good to go." you said as you turned to look at Dark. You couldn't help but laugh at him as he looked disgusted with everything right now. He rolled his eyes again.
"Lets just go, your stuff is heavy." he grumbled, even though it looked like carrying your stuff was a breeze to him.
Dark didn't even seem like he was breathing heavily because of it. He must be really strong, and that means he must be really built. You immediately rid your mind of the thought because you had no idea why you even thought of how he looked underneath his shirt anyway.
"Okay." you replied, and you both made your way back out to his car.
You shoved all of your stuff in the trunk of his car, and sat down in the passenger seat with your laptop. Dark got in and turned his head to see you with the laptop on your lap.
"What are you doing?" he asked suspiciously. You looked over at him with a smirk on your face.
"I'm getting on my laptop. Is there a problem with me doing so?" you asked, your smirk even bigger now. He looked at you weirdly, then shook his head and started the car.
"No, i-it's fine. Just- please don't tell anybody about me doing this. Y'know, about me taking you." he said quietly. He sounded very innocent, it was a big change in how he had talked before.
There he goes again with changing his personality, you thought.
"I-I won't." you stuttered, surprising yourself with your shaky voice. Why did you do that?
You immediately looked back over at your laptop screen. You didn't even know why you got it out because you couldn't do anything, you didn't have internet.
You sighed and looked out the window once more as Dark drove you back to his house. You both got out and grabbed your stuff and brought it inside. You both carried it up to your room and you thanked Dark for helping you.
"No problem. I guess it's one of the few disadvantages of having a girl live with you forever." he said, chucking a small bit. You laughed a little bit too but then stopped.
"What do you mean "few disadvantages"? There's a lot of disadvantages of having a girl stay with you. At least, that's what other guys think." you told him truthfully.
He looked over at you and something that was very rare. He gave you a normal smile.
"In my opinion, there are more advantages than disadvantages." he said, the smile wavering a bit, but staying on his lips.
You stood there with your mouth hanging open just a bit. He didn't think having you here was going to be bad? Although, if he thought it was going to be bad, then why would he have taken you in the first place?
"Goodnight (Y/N)." he half-said half-whispered in that deep, husky voice of his.
You felt all warm and fuzzy inside when he said that for some odd reason. You struggled at getting something out to say to him.
"G-Goodbye. Oh! Uh, I mean g-goodnight." you stuttered again, your cheeks turning a dark red color.
What was he doing to you? You weren't- no, that was obviously out
of the picture. Having these strange feelings for a demon was weird, but they definitely didn't mean anything... did they?
