(Dark's POV)
I woke up with, surprisingly, no dream that I had that I could've remembered with my father in it, telling me how he was going to punish me for not killing anybody yet. I smiled at the thought of him leaving me alone for once. I then looked over and saw (Y/N)'s body laying next to mine, all curled up into a ball. She was sleeping peacefully and I wasn't going to wake her. It was early, 4:43 am to be exact, and I had to leave anyways. To make my first kill that I haven't done in ages it seems. She told me to tell her if I was leaving so I got up and got dressed so I could write a note for her. I finished the note and put it on the table beside my bed. Hopefully she would see it. I looked over at her and smiled. God, I loved her. I leaned down and kissed her cheek. She rustled around a bit after receiving the interaction from me but then she settled down. I blushed and smiled again as I walked out of my room. I went down the stairs quietly, careful not to make any noise. I walked out into the kitchen and decided to get some things around for her so she didn't have to start from scratch with making breakfast. While I was in the process of doing that, I swore I heard a noise but I shrugged it off. As I got the last ingredients out for her to make her own eggs later this morning, I felt two arms wrap around me from behind. It startled me a bit but I turned around and as soon as I saw her face, I wasn't startled at all. She smiled at me and I smiled back. I cupped her face in my hands and kissed her. It felt good to do that again. When we pulled away I spoke up.

"Good morning, (Y/N)." I chuckled softly as I turned back around and got the last things settled. I heard her giggle a little bit and then she responded.

"Good morning Dark. Why are you up so early?" she asked in her sleepy voice. It was adorable and I had to resist not kissing her again. Man, was I sounding nothing like a bad guy right now. I laughed a bit and turned around to face her again.

"I uh, I gotta leave. Since you're already awake, you can forget about the note on the bedside table in my room." I said. She rubbed her eyes and looked back at me.

"Why are you leaving?" She sounded like a curious 5 year old pestering her father. I smiled a little bit but then frowned when I remembered why I had to leave.

"I uh... I gotta go make a... I gotta go make my first kill." I almost whispered the last part. It sounded awful to say it but at the same time, I couldn't wait to hear that person screaming out in pain as I stabbed them... weird. She then frowned too and hugged me around my torso.

"If you get into any trouble, call me." she said into my chest.

"Yea yea, I know, I'll call you if something goes wrong." I said, hugging her back. She pulled away from my arms and kissed my cheek lightly.

"You better go, the early risers are gonna be waking up soon." she warned and I nodded. I gave her a goodbye kiss, which felt great, and told her about what she needed to do for breakfast.

"Thanks Dark. Now go, I don't want you getting in trouble on your first try." she scolded me.

"I know, I know, I'm going. Goodbye (Y/N)." I called as I stepped outside the front door. I heard a goodbye back and I shut the door behind me. I set off into the early morning to find my first victim.
