"She would never make out with someone she isn't dating, get that through your thick stubborn skull Evan Gordon." Victoria argued and Evan rolled his eyes. "She'll be drunk and it's been a while since she had any action so I can see Isabella making out with someone, even if it's Steve, at least it's someone and maybe she'll forget about the boy." I scrunched my face up at the mention of Steve, why would I ever want to make out with Steve who basically treated me as if I was a kid and not just a year younger than him. Victoria and Evan has decided to make a bet about how pathetic my love life was, Evan fully believed that I would make out with someone on the basketball team while Victoria had faith in me, she knew I wouldn't do anything physical if there wasn't an emotional bond. "A pack of cigarettes, I say she'll make out with someone." Evan exclaims, throwing his hands up in the air. "Deal, just know I want my cigarettes Saturday morning." She held her hand out and Evan shook it, a huge grin across his face, I wish I had the confidence this man had in me.
It was currently lunch and we were seated back on our usual spot, just the four of us, Max and I were watching Victoria and Evan argue for about 10 minutes before they made the bet, it was quite amusing and I knew Victoria was getting her cigarettes, I was emotionally unavailable and wouldn't want to drag anyone into my shitty life, besides I was still wounded about the guy I had to leave behind last year, I actually wanted to have a future with him but if it's meant to be, we'll find each other again along the way. "What's up Emma?" Timothy, one of the basketball players came to sit next to me, putting his arm around my shoulder, Evan's face lit up at the sight before him, wiggling his eyebrows. "What do you want." I said bluntly, not looking up from my salad. "I have a question for you." He squeezed my arm and I lifted my hand, removing his arm from around me. "Like I said, what do you want Timothy." I gritted out, looking at him, he was cute, I wasn't going to lie but his personality was where I drawed the line, he has slept with half of the girls in our school and he would brag about it afterwards as if it was an accomplishment and the other half were dying to get into bed with him, I understood why, he had sharp features, gray eyes to get lost in and brown fluffy hair anyone would want their hands tangled in.
"Do you maybe want to go to a party with me tomorrow?" He asked me, placing his hand on my thigh and I looked at him, letting out a laugh. Was he being serious? The boy had only spoken to me twice and it was while we were in the gym practicing. "Go away Timothy." I chuckle, pushing him away and he got up after giving me one of his signature smirks, "You think about it beautiful." He walked away, blowing me a kiss and i could feel the stares of a couple of girls, they probably wanted to kill me at this point. "Timothy is the perfect example." Evan smiled and Victoria slapped him behind his head. "Shutup, you haven't even met the guy, his a whore." Max and I looked at each other, on the verge of laughing when the bell rang, all of us groaning as we got out our seats, and i quickly made my way to Kaminsky's class, Evan close behind, dragging his feet across the floor, not once stop groaning.
"Good to see you on time Gordon." Mr Kaminsky said as he walked in, I never understood why Kaminsky didn't like Evan maybe because he disrupted his class a few times and decided to show up to class in the middle of the period, but that only happened a couple of times and Kaminsy was usually a fun teacher that wouldn't mind if you were late or disruptive. Everyone piled into the classroom, taking their seats as our tests were being handed out, I turned mine over reading the first couple of questions. "You may not turn your tests around kiddos." I hear his voice from the back of the class and I quickly put mine down, looking back at him and he was looking at me, he gave me a small smile and so did I.
