Kai's POV -

Hearing muffled voices all around me, I didn't retain any memories on what happened yesterday... wait was it even yesterday? Maybe it's been a week? No stop thinking negative, it should be fine I only hope.

Slowly opening my eyelids, something didn't feel right, my wrist felt extremely heavy, my mind was foggy and there was this unusual scent in my atmosphere. Opening my eyes fully, the first thing in my sight was my wrist restrained by reinforced vengestone shackles, why was this happening? What happened yesterday day.

Trying to forcefully throw my body forward in an tempt to break free, the shackles only shifted a little, surprisingly causing an excessive amount of unwanted noise. Gritting my teeth, as I was going to try another attempt, the sound of light footsteps rushing towards my location caused an unknown sense of extreme anger.

Breathing rapidly, the door began to creak open, causing me an unnecessary amount of suspense.

Lloyd's POV -
Opening Kai's door, all I saw was the fire inside erupting deep within his core, not good. Approaching his bedside slowly, Kai forcefully flung his body forward, teeth bared like a feral animal. Disappointed by his behaviour that's when a thought hit me all of a sudden.

"Does he actually remember yesterday? No Kai definitely doesn't, that's good".

Clearing my throat and thoughts at once, i inched closer a little, thankfully everyone decided to stay behind in the corridor, trying to keep a safe distance.

"Kai" I stopped to glare at him retrained to the bed,  wanting to look away, I couldn't. "Truthfully tell us, do you remember yesterday morning scenario? If not we'll free you from those shackles, however act up again and we'll do it again, got it?". Trying to stay positive that caused Kai to snicker at my words. "Really? Green ninja do you REALLY think I'll believe those empty promises, you know these are pointless right?".

Lifting a confused brow, what did he mean pointless? Was he pulling my leg? He definitely can't be telling the truth, I only hope it was an empty threat.

Jay's POV -
Embracing Nya in a hug, she wouldn't stop weeping over Kai, personally he deserved to be restrained, that way he can't hurt or worse, kill someone. Scoffing to myself quietly, Lloyd had walked back in the living room, however that's when I'd noticed a silhouette slithering behind him.

Kai's POV -
Shrinking myself to a minimal, I REALLY didn't understand why Lloyd freed me, was it because he felt sympathetic? Or was it an act of selfishness? Thoughts scrambled beyond redemption, Lloyd gently nudged me in the ribs, signalling for me to stare ahead.

"Nya, Jay don't react badly or rudely for that matter but, talk for yourself". Swallowing my fear, it wouldn't go down, it only made itself into an uncomfortable lump. "Hey Sis, Jay". Preparing for the worst, it happened.

Getting a clenched fist straight across my lower abdomen, it then aimed for my jawline. Sighing with relief, I deserved all of this, I'm a monster, or so they think I am.

"JAY ENOUGH!". Screamed Lloyd, who forcefully pushed him into the wooden flooring.

Unable to react, Nya stood her ground, now angry with Lloyd but he was only protecting me... I should get blamed or screamed at not Lloyd, he's done nothing wrong! Becoming protective and ready to fight, that's when Lloyd threw his arm at my direction, blocking me from moving any further if I wanted to.

"Don't Kai I'll handle these two, go talk with Wu and please don't be concerned for me, I've got this". Uncertain by those words, I trusted him.

heading straight down the corridor for Master Wu's room, beginning to feeling nauseous again, this wasn't good however I had keep my calm and steadily keep my pace, hoping Wu could be my saviour not destroyer.
