Robin groaned, turning over on her side and looking out her window to see the night sky. Trying to get used to being alone after spending a week with Nancy was not easy. She kept continuously reaching over to hold someone who wasn't there, which was bothering, considering her attachment issues.

Robin's eyes glided over, seeing her clock reading 2:24 am. She rolled her eyes, lazily flopping out of bed. The fact that she couldn't sleep was seething. Why couldn't she be away from Nancy for more than 48 hours. What made this all worse was that when Robin left, the two had got into a minor argument. She definitely doesn't want me there. Robin thought to herself, sitting on the floor.

"I guess I'll have to say sorry eventually though..." Robin whispered to herself, standing up and turning her lamp on. She ran her fingers through her hair, grabbing her keys. She smiled as she looked at them, remembering that she got her license a few days ago after leaving Nancy's. She blinked a few times, realizing she never even told Nancy about her license.

Robin mentally cursed at herself, putting her keys in her pocket and making sure she looked somewhat presentable in the mirror. She didn't. Whatsoever. But she didn't really care, she just needed to be with Nancy right now.

Robin quietly snuck down the hallway, sliding out the front door and sprinting to her mom's car, (which was basically hers), quickly starting it and driving off.

As she very carefully drove, Robin took in the sights of Hawkins. How could such a normal looking place have such a horrendous secret just under it? She wasn't too sure. What confused her even more was how the people of Hawkins hadn't found out about the upside down yet. Surely they had to know by now, at least you'd think.

Robin sighed as her brain trailed elsewhere, reminiscing the day she met Nancy Wheeler. The day that rocked her world. The two had been dating since earlier in the year, whenever they were first fighting Vecna, and they've been inseparable since. Of course, they argued though. Their most recent argument, however, was just weird. Steve said it might've been because they had hung out all week and just got snappy, but Robin wasn't too sure. Nancy had kept pulling away from Rob, and of course, that worried her. When Robin finally said something, war broke out.

Robin sighed, taking a left. She'd arrive at Nancy's any second now, who knew if that was a good or bad thing though, considering the air was fogged up with the intoxicating fact that Nancy was angry with Robin.

Robin slowly pulled into Nancy's driveway, hopping out of the car and slowly knocking on the front door. It took a few seconds, but soon after knocking, Mike answered the door. "He- Oh. Hi Robin." Mike greeted, moving out of the way so that Robin could come inside. "H-Hey.. Where's—"
"She's in her room." Mike replied as he was already walking away, assumably to the basement. He must have his dork friends over. Robin thought, dashing up the stairs.

Robin stopped as she got to Nancy's room. She took a deep breath, knocking slowly. To her surprise, the door opened. Which meant Nancy was awake at this hour. She couldn't fathom how, Nancy never stays up this late. Mike made sense but definitely not Nancy.

"Nance?" Robin asked, scared to even speak. The door slowly opened a bit more and before Robin knew it, her girlfriend had thrown herself into Robin's arms. Robin gasped at the sudden charge right into her torso, but she didn't mind. She smiled "Hello there."

Nancy pulled away. "Screw you! You haven't came to see me in like four days. You haven't even called. Bitch." She joked, gently grabbing Robin's shirt and pulling her in, kissing her. Robin kissed back, feeling her face violently heat. Her stomach swarmed, she forgot how lovely the feeling of being kissed by Nancy, her Nancy was. Sure it had only been four days, but when you're in love, four days feels like four years.

Robin softly pulled away, putting her hands on Nancy's waist. "I'm so sorry for the argument we had before I left I—"
"Robin, please. I was overthinking our relationship and it made me touchy, that's all that was wrong honey! I could never be mad at you."  Nancy quickly cut Robin off, leaning forwards and pressing her forehead against Robins.

Robin felt her face heat as her body got struck with a wave of irresistible calmness. "W-Why are you up so late anyways?" Robin asked, biting down on her lip. Nancy shrugged. "I just haven't slept well since you left to be honest."

The two pulled away, making eye contact. "Yeah.. Me either.." Robin replied. "Maybe it's a sign we're just meant to be together." Nancy suggested, smirking. Robin rolled her eyes. "Oh, you think so?"
"Oh, I know so." Nancy replied, grabbing Robin's hand and dragging her into her bedroom, shutting the door behind them. "By the way... Did you walk here or something? Because you don't look like you did-"

"Nope, I drove."

..

.

"YOU WHAT?"

Robin cackled, shrugging. "Yeah I got my license a few days ago."

"Well, I'm glad you didn't get in a car accident on the way here." Nance teased, ruffing Robin's hair. "I'm so proud of you for passing that test! I know it's kinda difficult."

"Ahh, it was nothing. I only took it so that I could drive myself here anyways." Rob answered honestly as her messy hair suddenly became 10x worse due to Nancy.

Nancy blushed, wrapping her arms around Robin's neck. "Well, that's something I think I could get used to." She replied, getting lost in Robin's blue eyes. Robin smiled sleepily. "Me too.."

The two stood in a comfortable silence for a moment before Nancy finally spoke. "Wanna go to bed?"
"Yes, please."

Nancy nodded, crawling into her bed, Robin alongside her. Nancy quickly curled up into Robin's embrace as sleep slowly took the both of them.
