"There is no way you're actually gay.. I thought those were all just rumors... That's disgusting!!" There it was, the words Robin never wanted to hear. Especially from her crush. Well, one of them. See, Robin only had eyes for Vicki until recently, however, it was something she didn't decide to question. Goddamn it Robin, falling for the straight girls again, is mainly what she scolded to herself about the whole ordeal. She knew she'd always have this problem though. She lived in a town where being gay turned you into a menace.

Robin bit down on her lip as she looked down to the group, avoiding eye contact from Vicki. The two were currently standing on Robin's front porch. "So they were right all this time, huh. You're a freak." Vicki spat, her nose scrunched in disgust. Robin sighs. "Yeah, Vicki, I guess I am. Just forget I ever said anything. I will quite literally do anything to make sure you don't tell everyone seriously Vicki please."

"Jesus Christ, Robin, what kind of monster do you think I am?? I won't tell anyone, all I'm saying is that i'm stunned the rumors were true. All you need to do is stay far and believe me when I say far away from me!" The moment felt so surreal to Robin as she watched Vicki walk away and back to the direction of her car. Why? Why can't Robin just stop. To make it worse, now, knowing she had to get over Vicki, (or she would be in deep shit), her only crush was Nancy Wheeler. Which, from Robin's perspective, was planned to go the same exact way as what just happened between her and Vicki.

Robin teared up, walking back into her house and slamming the door behind her. "You're pathetic!" She yelled to herself as she ran up to her room, slamming the door.  The second Robin's door shut behind her, she could feel herself sliding down to the floor. She needed help, she needed someone. Quick. But there was nobody. Steve was staying with Eddie for hell knows how long, and, well, she wasn't out to anyone else. The only other person that could comfort her in anything was Nancy Wheeler and that's because she was aware of Robin's fear of storms and knew how to handle it.

But this wasn't a storm. Although the sky looked like it would soon, it wasn't. Wait. Maybe Robin could use that as a cover up? Nancy knew Robin hated the storms, if Robin was a mess at Nancy's front door in the middle of the storm there would be no question, right? Then again... Robin wasn't fully processing that yes, It was going to storm, which would only make Robin worse. Nancy probably would notice right? Ugh.

Thunder rolled throughout the purple sky, causing Robin to whimper. "Damn it!" She whispered under her breath as she stood up wearily and looked at herself in her mirror. "Robin you sensitive fool." She scolded herself, running her fingers through her hair. Did she even look good enough to go to Nancy's house? Surely she did... Maybe? Once Robin heard rain start to stir, she grabbed her jacket.

Meanwhile, at the Wheeler house, Nancy sat at her vanity taking her curly hair out of many bobby pins. She hissed every now and then at the pull of a couple strands of hair as she struggled to pull her pins out. Once she heard the storm start, she instantly grew worried. "Robin..."

Nancy knew good and well of Robin's fear of storms. Last summer whilst the crew worked together to finally end the battle, they had to stay the night together during a storm. She learned so much about Ro that night. Her weak side. Her sensory problems are what hurt her the most. Nancy felt awful. Robin shouldn't have to suffer.
