" She? She is going to die in my hands " The King's voice reverberated through the chamber. His sword hovered perilously close to Payal's delicate neck. A gasp escaped from Payal's trembling lips.

Payal
Gasping for breath, I stumbled into my room and leaned heavily against the wall. Closing my eyes I was giving myself time to breath in peace but suddenly a voice hit my ears.
" Caught you"
I opened my eyes as soon as possible and saw him. Rajkumaar veer standing in front of me, holding a smirk in his lips.
Before I could move or ask him a word, he came close to me within a wide step and pushed me more against the wall.
" What are you doing here? Go from here. Anyone will see you. Gooo " I panicked seeing him in my room. If anyone sees him inside of my room, both of us will be in danger.
" Ufff stop payal " Holding my waist, he shushed me. My back leaned in the wall when he pushed himself on me slightly.
But I could not care less. If anybody sees us like this, it will be a real danger. Nobody enters in his chamber without his permission but room wasn't his chamber. Anyone could come. Specially my friend, Chandni.
" You don't listen to me at all. Stand here silently. " He stated.
I shook my head. " No. What if some--" Keeping fingers on my lips, he shushed me once again. "The door is closed. Will you focus on me now please? "
I looked at the door and sighed. It was locked from inside. He must have done it.
" Look at me now " Holding my chin, he made me face him. My eyes fall on his lips. Something striked in my head. Is he here for the kiss? I bit my lips remembering how I ran away after pecking his lips. Is he here for that?
Oh no....
Then I'm in danger.
" Your focus is so good. I like it " He chuckled making me avert my gaze. Why did I even look at his lips? He got more reasons to tease me.
Holding my nape of neck, he brought my head closer to him. I suddenly put hands on his chest to maintain that gap between us. But that didn't work. He brought his face close to me & looked at my eyes.
It was getting hard for me to look at him or stand there. His hot breaths were directly fanning my face, from so close. And my heart. My heart started to beat crazily.
" Hey Payal " He muttered, almost touching lips with mine.
Now I feared moving my lips. If it touches his lips once again, I'll lose my strength to stand up here.
" Payal " He said softly and kissed my cheek. " I want a kiss. " He whispered in my ear.
And I did not want to but my lips betrayed me by breaking into a smile.
