Trucing with Fletch didn't exactly last long, she groaned as his 'habits' became hers. Work aside, as they were both still working, they were in each other's pockets. She actually made a pact with him and agreed they did not do anything at work together, that they did not speak to each other because they could speak at home; her home now being his as well. It was at the weekends their true colours really started to show, he littered her home with fitness equipment and she actually asked him whether he had lost his mind before proceeding to watch him work out in her living room, she pulled numerous faces and none of them seemed to put him off.
"You should join in-"
"Running around a hospital ward is enough fitness for me" she points out, he raises an eyebrow as their eyes meet "Besides, if we were both to pull a muscle then who would nurse the other one up to full health"
"As if you would be doing any nursing" he points out, she smirks before opening the fridge "I was tempted to bring the treadmill around-"
"You can fuck off back home if you do that" she retorts "Enough of your shit is littering my place"
"You see here was me thinking we had reached a level of mutual agreement" he smirks, she bites her lip before shrugging "Plus you love having me around"
"I might ask Ange to take you back" she responds bitterly, he smirks at her "I'm going to have a shower-"
"I can always join you?"
"Yeah, in your dreams"
She was the most difficult person to live with, he was convinced. Often she would walk around in just her robe, he wondered if she was just doing that to annoy him really, showing off more of her skin just to make him question everything. When she came down from her shower she was no different, she had her hair wrapped up in a towel and her robe wrapped around her as usual. His eyes never left hers as she just stood there before frowning at her living room being absolutely immaculate, an eyebrow raised in suspicion. He explained that he had tidied up downstairs for her, surprisingly her heart warmed at that. Jac sat herself down on the sofa and then turned the telly on, she caught Fletch's gaze before biting her lip awkwardly, this whole situation was just awkward.
"Let's play a game-"
"I don't play games"
"Oh come on" he drones, he could tell she was bored and not interested in the program she was watching "Don't be boring Naylor"
"I am never boring" she mutters, he rolls his eyes and leans back against the armchair "What game were you thinking?"
"Snog marry avoid?"
"I'm not fifteen" she retorts, he sighs and kicks his shoes off warranting an eye roll from him "I also nominate you to go shopping"
"Why?"
"Because...I just do, I can't be bothered and you need to pull your weight-"
"I just cleaned your entire living room" he responds, she looks at him blankly before smirking "Fine I'll go shopping for us"
"Thank you" she smiles, he sighs and shakes his head "So what boxset are we getting through this weekend"
"I don't know" he shrugs, every weekend they seemed to do this ritual of watching the latest boxset and picking holes in it, Jac always stating that the story was too far-fetched and Fletch complaining because she would talk throughout the whole thing "Not sure I want to"
"Why?"
"You talk throughout the entirety of it" he points out, she grins before heading into the kitchen and looking through the fridge, she hums and pulls out on of his beers "Here was me thinking my drink choice would tarnish your femininity"
