I open the door and drag Pierre inside by his shirt. I stand in front of him and look him in his eyes. "Did you mean it?"

"Mean what?"

"Did you mean it, when you said you loved me?"

"Oh that, I'm so sor-"

"Pierre. Gasly. Did. You. Mean. It?"

He takes a deep breath. "Yes, yes I..."

I cut him off by putting my arms around his neck and I kiss him. He immediately kisses me back, places his hands on my waist and slightly pushes me against the wall.

Eventually I break the kiss. "I love you too Pierre. Now can we talk?"

We sit on my bed, opposite of each other. "Are you okay Sky? You don't look so good."

"Yes, I'm fine."

"And now the truth?"

I look down to my hands. Pierre takes them. "Friends don't lie Sky."

"I barely left my room, didn't sleep well and barely ate."

He hugs me. "And all because of me. Because some weird sentence slipped out of my mouth."

"It's not your fault okay. I don't know whose fault it is. What did you do after I left?"

"I called Charles, I really didn't know what to do. He told me everything he knew."

"Also about my parents?"

"Yes, and I'm so sorry this happened to you. You deserve better." He gives me a hug.

I shrug and give him a sad smile. "It is what it is."

"Maybe it is not okay."

I look at him. "What do you mean?"

"You talk about an it. And that it can be anything, whether it's a good grade or new clothes. Or both, whatever you want. But that it can also be negative, like a bad grade, or a shitty day. Then it is not okay."

"Hmm, I think I understand. Like my scars."

He looks at me. "You don't have to tell me if you don't want."

"But I want you to know."

"So, as you know my parents used to fight, a lot. Then I would go to my room, and find a reason that they would fight, because of me. Like the most stupid reason, maybe because I stepped on a stair that my father hated. But I needed something.

And yeah, then I started my little game of fruit ninja. Yes, it got better when I moved out and started focusing on school, but it never completely stopped."

He looks at me. "Did you?"

"Yes, yes I did."

And he pulls me in a big and tight hug. "We are going to beat it together okay? Do you trust me?"

"Yes, I really do."

"Then, can I draw a butterfly on your wrist?"

"Yeah, go for it."

"How are you going to name it?"

"Pierre, Pierre the butterfly. But can we do something different now? Like watch a funny movie or something."

"Yes of course."

"Masha and the bear, I just want to laugh."

I don't know how, but somehow I fell asleep, because I wake up from Pierre getting out of my bed.

"Pierre." I whisper. "Please don't leave me. I want to feel safe and relaxed for one night."

He hugs me. "If you can't do this on your own it's okay. But can I get my pajamas really quick? I'll be back as quickly as possible."

I nod.

A/N: Sorry for not posting this weekend. It was my birthday, and I kind of forgot. On Saturday I had to work more then usual, so I didn't have time for it. But from now on I will update on the regular schedule.
