The rest of the evening was... how to say it? Tense. Hyunjin and Thalia obviously enjoyed themselves while I was pretty much on the edge of emotions just because of how nervous I was. It was often that I reached for my phone and wanted to text one of the three other vampires just to inform them about the recent situation, but with the blonde in front of me picking up on that pretty quickly and throwing a single glance at my direction, it told me enough that it wasn't a good idea.I didn't knew what he was capable of within the short amount of time I would text Chan and the boys and their arrival here — but I did not intend on finding out either.
I still had many questions left in my mind but decided to conflict myself with them the next day, not wanting to fry my last brain cells on this for that day and once the two of them left without much being said out of the ordinary, I just texted Chan that I needed to talk to him the next day and that it was important. It was the weekend now, so I could easily visit the boys in the morning.

"Ok calm down—"
"Calm down?! How can I calm down?! He can freely enter your house from now on—"
"Jisung!" I called out, hands on the male's shoulders while trying to ease the panic that arose in him. I came not too long ago, wanting to tell the three about what happened but got distracted at first when they were playing a card game — joining them till I figured that none of them actually knew how the game worked or what game they were even exactly playing. Jisung was all happy and giddy till I then suddenly dropped that bomb of information without a warning while eying the cards in my hands, immediately pulling him out of the happy trance and straight back to the harsh reality when he seemed to be the one to panic the most.
Well, Jeongin looked so stressed that I could swear he would start to cry any moment and Chan was still staring at me in disbelief.
"You know, I could just hide a axe under my pillow and when he tries to attack me, I simply chop off his head! Or his dick. Whatever suits the most! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!" I cheered, placing a card onto the pile of ones we placed there before despite none of the others appearing to be interested in continuing the game any further. What a shame. I was about to win. I think?
"Jisung is Right though, things are getting out of control with him" Chan then chimed in, adding something after being silent for so long.
I pursed my lips, finally letting my cards drop to the table when a sigh left my lips. I sure was worried, but something just didn't add up with all of this. "You know, I'm really not interested in getting killed at the moment, but I don't think Hyunjin really wants to kill me," I spoke, looking at one of the cookies that my mom had shoved in my hands before leaving my house and taking one in my hand, "he had enough opportunities — was even alone with me for a few solid minutes. He could have just ripped out my throat without any hassle"
Jisung finally settled down again, thinking about my words a bit more. I was a bit relieved to see him at least not pacing around with worry anymore, for that I much rather enjoyed seeing him in a cheerful mood. When I first met him, he appeared a bit distanced but after getting to know him more, that attitude changed completely and I learned that he was always a bit more careful when meeting humans, not exactly wanting to get too attached and hoping to scare them off.
"Still, you should be careful. You never know when his patience will run out" Jeongin claimed, his worry still existing.
"I will be" I smiled, eating the sweet pastry in my hand going to get another one when a new voice echoed through the room.
"You won't," It was Minho — suddenly standing near the stairs and leaning against the wooden pillars when Jeongin shoved me a bit behind him, "in fact, you can't, because you are merely a human who stands no chance against Hyunjin"
"What are you doing here, Minho?" Chan asked, rising from his seat in case the hybrid would come any closer.
"I just find it funny how none of you can see what the fuck is about to happen and why we are even here" he sneered when multiple glares were sent his way.
"What are you talking about?" Jisung questioned, hoping to get some answers to what they had been wondering all this time.
"Just try to think about it. The blood moon is coming up soon and you should know what that means" Minho hinted when I got even more confused — what seemed to be not the case for Chan and the others who's eyes visibly widened.
"That can't be" Chan called out, his shock still shown.
"Oh and how it can"
"But there is still something missing to complete it" Jisung hissed, not believing whatever Minho was going for. As for my part, I was beyond confused. What was it? Some kind satanic ritual?
"The witch?" The hybrid knowingly claimed, holding back a laugh, "yeah no, there is one right in this little cozy town and Hyunjin already knows about it"
We have a witch in town? I questioned myself, not getting any smarter with listening in to what they were telling each other. But having a witch here sounded cool — maybe she could show me some voodoo moodoo magic. It was pretty much everything chill for me till a certain name caught my attention.
"How could you not have noticed? You've been around the girl a lot — Thalia, was her name? A naive little brat"
